Very clean unit and easy walk down to beach, the chair and umbrella service was fantastic. Only down side is we definitely heard the children next door at 5:30 am so walls are thin.

And it was nice having the chairs and umbrella set up each day and available to us. Had some loud music one evening from another unit that made sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sounds of the ocean undoable.

Nice clean condo with easy beach access

We really enjoy this area, but this was our first time at this building. The unit is very clean and the kitchen well stocked. If you’re cold natured, bring an extra blanket as the provided ones are very thin and light. Good amount of towels; bring your own for the beach. Grill access is nice, as is the pool. The only downside was as of 3/25/24 there is a building under construction next door. They start at 7am every morning - including Saturday and Sunday. This is not within the property’s control, but the bedroom windows are feet from the construction, so prepare to be awoken. We would return too this unit if our regular was not available.

Honeymoon!

We had such a great time staying at this place. It was clean, right on the beach and had easy access for parking. Highly recommend staying here. The kitchen is large enough to cook and the balcony gives some gorgeous views of the beach.

Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this condo!The view from the balcony is amazing, it's a short walk to the beach, each bedroom having a king bed is awesome, TVs in both bedrooms which we love, laundry on site is always a bonus when flying, and the kitchen remodel a new paint looks great as well! The outdoor lights were not working when we arrived, making it difficult for my older parents to walk up the stairs from their condo but that was fixed within a day or two!

Kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal with. Our toaster did not work when we got there, sent Legacy a message, they had a new toaster there within a few hours. Great service! Wonderful view, super close to the beach. Pool was nice. We had a great time and will definitely book this place again!

Great week with family!

We absolutely loved our stay in Ft Walton Beach. This was the first time our family has been together in 2 years. The space was great and our family had a blast. Great area and access to the beach was incredibly easy.
