You won’t be disappointed. This special 3BR/3bath (sleeps 8-10) home sitting on the Mad River in Warren Vermont, has fabulous views of the river and covered bridge. Open the windows and hear the waterfall all day or night. Located directly on the river, steps from the center of Warren Village, this newly renovated adorable house has a new kitchen, new floors, painting, and linens.

For privacy, two master bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom. Enjoy coffee looking over the river, and bask in the afternoon sunlight before making a scrumptious meal in the newly appointed kitchen.

What's nearby:
Enjoy a few steps to the village and enjoy The Warren Store for breakfast, lunch, shopping at the boutique, or groceries. Treat yourself to the Pitcher Inn's world-class dining. Enjoy a swim at your doorstep or wading in the river. Sugarbush South (Lincoln) base area is only two and a half miles up the hill while Sugarbush North (Mt Ellen) and Mad River Ski areas are only a few miles further. Enjoy all Vermont has to offer in one of the finest central locations.

Family Girls Trip

Enjoyed our stay in Warren. The house is darling. Comfortable and clean with amazing views out of every window. The owner was responsive, and it was a great location with walking distance to the General Store. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing space in quaint little town

It may look small but this village house has lots of comfy space to eat, sleep/nap, play games (dart room is great), and take in the beautiful scenery (from large windows to large hot tub). Located with easy access to Sugarbush, lots of restaurants, and the precious little village of Warren - complete with library, church, bakery, and gift shops. Truly a home away from home.

Mad River property

Clean, homey and relaxing with everything you need-the outdoor hot tub was amazing as was the picturesque view and sound of the waterfall. I slept with the window open to listen to that waterfall all night long. Would absolutely stay there again.

Absolutely charming Warren home in the perfect spot

We had a wonderful long weekend stay in this lovely Warren home in a perfect spot - overlooking the river, waterfall and covered bridge right in Warren and just a 2 minute stroll down to the Warren Store, Pitcher Inn, etc. Leslie was a great host, before, during and after our stay. Looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful property!

This Warren cottage is cozy but not cramped and accommodated our six person family well. The two en-suite baths plus the full bath/bedroom addition downstairs would make this house perfect for three couples. The kitchen is well-equipped. My college age kids loved the dart board, the hot tub, and the good collection of games. The house is a short walk to the little Warren general store and a short drive from Sugarbush and the charming towns of Waitsfield and Waterbury. The views of the Mad River are spectacular---quintessential VT ---including a covered bridge. Ownership is friendly, helpful and responsive.

Spacious and homey

We stayed 3 nights with friends to visit Sugarbush resort. Leslie’s home was very inviting and had everything we needed, towels, paper products, linens, dishwasher washer and dryer. The house seemed larger than the photos and the rooms were spread out giving each group their own full bathroom. The detailed instructions and dining options were so helpful. Leslie was available for any questions we had and responded quickly. We enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the covered bridge and waterfall. Spacious mud room with boot heater was awesome for coming back with wet snow gear. We played many rounds of dominos!!! Thanks for a great stay!

Warren Village February break

We had a great stay at this adorable, renovated home on the river in quaint Warren Village. The home is well appointed and updated and the owners were very responsive. Close to the Warren Store for lunch on days we took a break from skiing! Great views of the covered bridge and river below.
