Fully equipped kitchen , all updated appliance. Washer and dryer in the villa. Private patio. To watch the sunset and drink your favorite cocktail. Or enjoy the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee .just steps away from the ocean out the front door. This resort has its own “ “ private beach area “.

9 tennis courts on property along with pickle ball courts, fitness center, 3 pools on-site with outdoor heated pool, lap pool with hot tub and kiddie pool. Along with a business center , smoke free property. Kid friendly with playground /pool with running paths , grills and picnic area WIFI IS included , free parking located on 27 acres.

Convenient and relaxing

We booked this condo last minute. Teresa was fast and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and in a very convenient location- easy walk to the beach and pool.

Folly Field Issues

The location was excellent, but the issues we had were: The carpet hadn't been vacuumed upon arrival, there was hair in the shower, hair in one of the bathroom drawers, no measuring cup or measuring spoons, and no beach chairs. The property manager brought us the measuring cup/spoons, but no beach chairs. We could've brought our chairs from home, but the email we received said they were provided. There were no chairs and the property manager never brought us any as she indicated she would. We were NOT happy!
