This beautiful, large family cabin with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps 10, parking for 3, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove/oven, dining for 10, wifi, smart tvs, 2 fireplaces/wood provided. Washer/dryer, 2 large screen smart tv. Game room with pingpong and pool tables. 2 story: upstairs, kitchen, living, dining, 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms, full bath, gameroom.
CLEANING:
We have always and will continue to use clorox, lysol cleaners, sprays, and laundry sanitizer, vinegar, bleach as appropriate for each surface type. Our crews wear protective masks and gloves! We have always taken great care to protect our guests! You should leave it tidy, rinsed dishes go into dishwasher so there's no ants etc. Cabins blankets and towels stay at the cabin. The crew does the rest.

Beautifully appointed. Located in Long Barn gated community with lake and play area, 10 minutes from Dodge Ridge, Pinecrest Lake, Leland Snow Play, Black Oak/Chicken Ranch Casino's, Columbia State Park. minutes from Lyons reservoir. 60 minutes from Yosemite National Park.
We have smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguishers. Exterior safety lighting/camera.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* We provide cleaning service after your departure for a fee so you do not have to clean on your vacation. We follow covid protocols and procedures, per vrbo listing information for California no contact entry.

* Our cabin sleeps up to 10 and provides great lodging for family retreats.
*INTERNET: Internet/in the area is line of site, can be spotty, not for many devices or streaming. Good for calls, emails, texting.
* Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking.

Great home, very well appointed for a comfortable getaway. We were there for a skiing trip with six kids and four adults, and the house had something to offer to everyone. The play room kept the kids device-free every evening well into the night. Very good proximity to Dodge Ridge. Wish we could stay longer and explore nearby attractions.

Weekend get away

We had a great time here! The cabin has many open areas that are perfect for group gatherings! The communication was great so we knew exactly what to bring with us.

Enjoyed our stay!!!

Perfect weekend stay in Long Barn! The home was clean, roomy, and had a large porch with a view of a small lake. Check in process was simple and the home is walking distance to a playground and basketball court. Would be great for families or groups of friends. Definitely recommend!

The walk down rd to the lake and playground is great for families. The location is perfect for uphill adventure, pinecrest, lyons res, Beardsley res, rivers, exploring. Beautiful Cabin

Family of 10 loved staying at this property. BEAUTIFUL cabin with a beautiful view. Super spacious yet comfy. The family really enjoyed the game room & hanging out on the top deck. It was nice that the cabin had fans throughout to keep it cool. Would definitely book again.

Skiing weekend

Clean and functional. Comfortable beds. Well insulated and warm in winter. Roads are plowed and access to HWY 108 is reliable. BRING matches and fire-starter. We’d definitely stay here again. Great for kids.

Snow snow snow

It’s was an amazing and wonderful time for my wife and I two daughters son in law and three grandsons. Lots of room very clean great View. And get people to work with. We would do it again and again.

Hi, I'm glad you had an excellent time. It's a great family cabin, lots of fun with the game tables and big deck. The community lake and playground are great for kids. I believe when you called I explained that cold air falls so you should use upstairs first and get it cooled off. Then downstairs because the lower floor is always going to be cooler. Perfect holiday trip to the mountains

We were happy to return to Sierra Park for July 4. From this cabin (house) we could easily walk to the playground, basketball court, and pond. Because it is a private subdivision, no crowds! House has all you need for a family trip, with something for all ages (children's books and games, nice library choices for the beach or porch, and the downstairs game room with ping pong, pool, and kids' air hockey). We also appreciated the kitchen equipment and good pans. So often that is a problem in vacation rentals. The communications were always prompt. We are all so happy with our choice of this cabin and are glad something this large was available.

Wonderful Mountain Home

We had an amazing stay at the house with two families. It snowed over 60 inches during our stay. The host was very accommodating and communicative during a power outage and winter storm. She extended our stay by a night because we lost one due to the power outage. The house is ideal for families and groups, and located in a wonderful mountain community. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals. The home was cozy, fun, and relaxing. Highly recommend this house, and the host was awesome. Thanks!

Great for large families

We had 3 families stay here and we could easily spread out. We lucked out with snow- actually got a lot of snow! Management offered us to rebook. We opted to keep our dates and the snow plow came by frequently. We sledded right in front of the cabin and even took the 15 min walk to the toboggan run. The house doesn't provide soaps, TP, dishwashing detergent, salt, pepper, ect and I'd say that is the only negative. At 5,000 feet, I don't know how often it snows there, but we plan to rent this house again and hope we get snow!

We do inform guests that they need to bring soaps etc we don't leave any food items in the cabins, to avoid pests and to follow covid protocols everyone brings their safe items from home. The house was good we love the location, and the space it had, the only bad thing was that the house didn’t had air conditioning, it was hot inside 86 even do there were fans didn’t help a lot.

Hi, it is good space and great location. Great amenities and the decks are beautiful for relaxing in the fresh air. The lake and area are great for families. The cabin isn't advertised with AC it cools off at night. There are fans. I think when you called you had been running the fan on the thermostat thinking there was AC., which heated the place up. We open the windows and let the cool air in and use the fans. I'm glad you good time in the area. It was a pleasure to serve you. Thanks Darlene

Great place for families

The house was great. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Even though there are neighbors relatively close, the large deck overlooking the open space and pond made it feel like a secluded spot. Despite a few inches of snow and the pond being mostly frozen, we got to see an otter and several ducks. The kids enjoyed a short walk to the playground and basketball court area (should have brought a ball). The small slope across the road was a nice short run for our sleds. Just a short drive to Dodge Ridge made this another reason for a great stay. The house has an awesome set up for large families or generational separation. It was clean and had good quality towels and bedding. The beds and pillows were comfy too - and I don’t normally like hotel beds or pillows. Several bathrooms was a nice perk too. There were adequate extra blankets, but we didn’t need them with the central heat. The ping pong table, air hockey, and separate TV area was perfect for the kids.

Fun times

Great view and spacious for a family get away. The basement was great for our teenagers to enjoy pool. The pellet stove needs maintenance to work properly. The listing should also state no spices, so bring everything like salt and pepper and vegetable oil, etc. Also, no directions for bedding for check out.

Great family vacation spot!

We had such a great stay in Long Barn. The location is fantastic with plenty of space right out front to sled and play in the snow. We traveled with another family with six kids total and it fit us perfectly. The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids and adults alike. The cabin is clean and well stocked. Darlene was easy and quick to communicate with and seamlessly accommodated lengthening our stay twice for us. Highly recommend and our family looks forward to visiting again!
