This spacious 280 m² house, in the heart of the village of LEVIGNACQ opposite the church of Saint-Martin, can accommodate 12 people and is surrounded by an exterior of over 5000 m². It is ideal for families or friends to recharge their batteries and enjoy this natural area.

This characterful house, with its picturesque-vintage decor and modern touches, is a change of scenery both inside and out.

The ground floor comprises a large entrance-dining room, a separate kitchen, living room, utility room, separate toilet and shower room.
On the first floor, there is a shower room with shower and bath, a separate toilet and 6 bedrooms: four with double beds, a children's bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
A small sofa bed can be used as two extra beds.

Outside, you can take advantage of the partly enclosed garden to relax over a barbecue in front of a lovely natural pond.
Plus, there's a lovely pontoon overlooking the Vignacq stream where you can cool off after the beach!
