The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie offers this charming 100 m² house for rent, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 600 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- 600 m² enclosed garden
- A 16 m² veranda with furniture to enjoy fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Saint Gilles Croix de Vie train station, about 4 minutes' drive away.
