Villa les Citronniers, approximately 350 metres from the beach on foot, set on a 2,400 m² plot in absolute peace and quiet in a cul-de-sac. Magnificent views over the sea and the port of Cavalaire, you will enjoy its south/west exposure and appreciate the sunsets. Swimming pool 12x5 with flat land and terraces around the villa in a garden planted with trees. The villa has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs, a lounge, a dining room and an independent fitted kitchen. Shops within walking distance (400 metres): bread, groceries, etc. Ample parking in front of the villa gate and parking for 3 cars inside the villa.
