The house is ideally located in Thénac, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (4 cars).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gardonne station about 10 minutes away by car and Sainte Foy la Grande station about 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 1h30min by car
