Very nice home, beautiful area. Friendly neighbors! Close to the marina and other parks/boat ramps. The house was clean and quiet, except for the 2 beeping fire alarms, we changed the batteries and they stopped! Comfortable beds and furniture! We would love to come back! My only disappointment was that I forgot my pillow when I left! Thanks Jon!

Hi there, thank you for staying with us. I see that we did not earn 10 out of 10 stars. Please let us know if there's something we could have done differently or if the home didn't match up to the description somehow. Thank you

The house is beautiful, has every amenity, even a dishwasher nicer than ours at home. The AC was great, rooms very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely spot!

We stayed here and headed to Breitenbush for the day. It was perfect to have a bit of space and a kitchen and soft beds(!) to sleep in after a day soaking. The house was lovely and had everything we needed!

Cute Detroit Rental

Had a great time at this rental, would book again. There's a creek at the edge of the property, neighbor across the street is friendly and so is his dog. Easy key code access. The binder inside is helpful but in the appliance section it was missing the oven instructions. Took a bit to figure it out.Stayed here for 2 nights, quiet, comfy, couches were real comfy and so were the beds. Easy access to launch ramps and stores.

No fish at the fishing cabin

Everything about the property was great exept the rule of no cooking fish. We had planned on fresh fish for both dinners since the town's dining & grocery options are extremely limited, and places close early.

Better than listed

What the listing doesn't tell you is that the property is fantastically quiet and nestled right in the trees with a gorgeous steep forested hill in the backdrop. The river is just down the hill and a fun place to walk along. The "travel crib" is actually a real crib and our 8 month old was very comfortable. The loft is a great place to gather, safe enough to let the baby down to play, plenty of interesting toys and things for younger and older kids, fantastic place for kids to sleep, and the foosball table is a good sturdy one. The house was super clean and easy to keep clean. The rooms are quiet enough away from the bustle (baby naps!). The family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we're looking forward to doing it again in the future.

This property was very nice, clean and as advertised, cozy. It was just on the outskirts of Detroit and only had a few neighbours so it felt secluded while having all the amenities. I would stay here again
