Black Butte Home - ¡La mejor oferta en Ranch!

Nuestro 2200 pies cuadrados casa está a la espera para que disfrutes! Recientemente hemos actualizado pisos, alfombras y muebles de sala de estar. Estamos ubicados por Paulina piscina, pistas de tenis y el arroyo y Big Meadow # 13 verde. Estamos en un cul-de-sac privada que es seguro y tranquilo. Somos un corto paseo en bicicleta o caminar por el prado donde se puede alimentar a los caballos y disfrutar de las espectaculares vistas a la montaña. La instalaciones Glaze Meadow y spa es un paseo en bicicleta diez minutos ya pocos minutos en coche. También puede quedarse en casa y barbacoa mientras disfruta de la vista de Negro Butte desde la terraza. En el invierno, disfrutar de una acogedora chimenea mientras ve caer la nieve fuera de las grandes ventanas o conducir 12 minutos para esquiar, snowboard o trineo.

Nuestra casa tiene tres dormitorios, más un gran loft. El piso de arriba tiene un dormitorio principal grande, privado con una cama king size, TV de plasma y baño recién remodelado. Además, hay un altillo con cuatro camas individuales. En la planta principal tenemos dos dormitorios (ambos con camas de matrimonio) y un baño grande con una bañera de hidromasaje. Nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada. Tenemos una gran mesa de comedor y un rincón de cocina que son perfectos para cenas familiares o juegos. Nuestra habitación familiar es acogedor (pero lo suficientemente grande para todo el grupo) con un 55 pulgadas de alta definición 4K TV, estufa de leña, y un montón de lugares para acurrucarse y ver una película o evento deportivo.

We stayed here for a week in June 2026 with our children and Grands. Had a great time, home is conveniently located. This home is well stocked from the kitchenware to the many towels (even beach towels for the pool). We especially enjoyed the lovely deck with very nice furniture and a propane heater. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Home

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our whole family and had a great time. What a terrific home and in a great location. Close to paths for dogs and kids to walk, and an easy drive to the lodge or to the rec center. The home is comfortable, very well stocked, and was just the right size for our group of 6 adults, 1 teen, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs.

Wonderful family home!

We stayed over Christmas with my parents, 2 siblings and my 4 kids. The house was perfect for a group of this size. The kitchen had everything we could have hoped for and the home was very comfortable. Plenty of room for family activity- puzzles, board games and relaxing. Highly recommend this home!

Great house in Black Butte Ranch

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Black Butte Ranch. Friend and family enjoyed the space and location to all the facilities in the ranch. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Owner was great and very responsive to our communications. We will defiantly be booking this house again in the future.

The home was easy to find and an exceptional location-close to Paulina Pool and a short drive or bike ride to Glaze Meadow and Lakeside pools. Kitchen was well equipped. Appreciated the air conditioning with temperature outside in the 80's. Katie, the owner, responded to any of our questions, needs promptly. I think my favorite place in the home was sitting out on the deck, very peaceful.

This may genuinely be the best deal on the Ranch, as the title suggests. The place was clean, the woodshed was stocked with well-seasoned firewood, making fire starting a breeze, and we had every appliance we needed, even a hand mixture for mashed potatoes. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great place for grandparents & family, Great location

Very comfortable house with plenty of space for indoor family activities, and great sleeping arrangements for kids. You really do provide everything that we might need in the kitchen. Really like the split heating system with separate temperature and fan controls in different rooms. Great location with pool, tennis court and beautiful Paulina Springs natural area close by. Great opportunity to share nearby Nature Heritage trails with kids.

Perfect for our family of 10, kids, parents, and grandparents. Close to pool and tennis, so kids could be independent. Large deck for all of our dinners and gathering during warm week in August. Comfortable, relaxed at-home feel, big, well-appointed kitchen with large island. Good showers. Well-stocked with bikes tho we had our own so didn’t use them. It was a perfect venue for celebrating an 80th birthday!

Beautiful home in great area!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Katie and Rob’s beautiful home! Their recent remodel created a comfortable but cozy atmosphere that allowed us to host a dinner for 12 utilizing the gorgeous huge new island. The kids had a ball riding the house bikes scooters, etc. In the quiet cul-de-sac and the Glaze Meadow pool and walking paths were just minutes away! Perfect location! Thank you, Katie and Rob, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will definitely be back!

Peaceful and relaxing

We will be back! The kitchen, deck and big screen tv were our favorite features. The only negatives are lack of hand railing for the stairs from master bedroom to downstairs and the master bathroom toilet is so low it seems like it is made for small children. Otherwise this house is a 10!

Great Black Butte home!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Rob and Katie's lovely place in Black Butte. We found the home to be clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated. We loved spending time on the large deck with comfortable seating. It was a quick walk to Paulina Springs and pool. Our 4 year old grandson especially enjoyed our walks to see the horses in Big Meadow. Having the bicycles available for us to use was a bonus. We would definitely recommend Rob and Katie's place!

Liked the central location, but would've liked a bit more privacy. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and nice, but the carpet should be pulled or replaced. It felt very dirty. The description says it sleeps 10. We found 10 people to be very crowded. We were super happy to see all the bikes, towels and full kitchen. Thank you

Thanks for choosing our home. I am sorry for the soiled carpets. The carpet is new but the people before you had some spills and we didn’t have time to professionally clean the carpets in the four hours between check out and check in. We are getting the carpets cleaned this week. Apologies that they weren’t sparkling clean when you were there.

Great house set-up and location

We had a great 2 week visit to Black Butte! The house location was ideal for us: quiet and close to Paulina Pool and bike trails. The house set-up was good for our group, as well. Enough space for everyone to have their own room and bed, and spread out as desired. We spent most of our time at the house on the porch, which was easy to block off for the dog, and lots of comfortable furniture. The beds and linens were comfortable. Enough bikes to choose from for our family of 4, but some work better than others. If you are picky about your bikes, you may want to bring your own. We had a few issues with the house during our stay, which weren't ideal, but the owners were very responsive, helpful and apologetic.

We apologize that some things weren't working exactly right. That screen door and the dishwasher lever can stick from time to time. Also, I hope us walking through the TV directions helped get you to the right channels. We tried to be as responsive and accommodating as possible to your concerns because your experience in our home is very important to us.

Perfect BBR Home

Everything about Katie’s home was wonderful for our two-week trip to BBR in June/July 2025. We had two families (four adults, three kids) and we fit easily. The two king BRs are great for multi-family stays. The bathrooms have been recently redone. There is ample space for kids. The open kitchen and large deck were great for cooking and outdoor dining. The garage is full of bikes and stuff for kids activities. The location is perfect—walking distance to Paulina pool and the golf course (an underrated place for kids to run around in the evenings), on a cul-de-sac for kids to bike or scoot on (away from traffic), and an easy, flat bike ride to Lakeside and the big meadow. The ride to Glaze Meadow is short but hilly. Importantly, the photos of the listing are accurate, which can be a rarity.Also, Katie was responsive throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I highly recommend Katie’s place!

Everything was great! The number of people it sleeps is 10 which is good. The only thing less than perfect for us was that there were 3 couples and 3 bedrooms. We have 4 kids, but the 4 bunk beds are all in one area, making it a little challenging because those 4 kids were mixed gender and not all from the same family. We made it work by having 2 sleep on the couch for a couple of nights when all were present. Fantastic to have an extra refrigerator! Kitchen supplied super well! The only thing I missed was a liquid measuring cup, but I'm the only one who missed that one thing. Frequently rentals don't have enough kitchen towels and the like, but not here! I put away the extras I brought from home. Fantastic washer and dryer! Enjoyed the location and plenty of parking. Lovely large deck with hanging pots and great seating.

Happy wooded home

We've been renting at BBR for decades and this house had the best stocked kitchen, kitchen supplies and kitchen storage (extra frigs in garage) of all! Furthermore, we really appreciated the the fleet of bikes, fans for all the rooms, and the large deck which accommodated our extended family . Our family of 5 (two parents, three young adults) was quite comfortable, with some of us working each day and others riding to the pools and pickle courts. We thought this was a great house. THANKS!
