Half an hour south of Lake Geneva, in the French Alps, is the brand new five-star park AlpChalets Portes du Soleil. The resort is located on the edge of the well-known and popular Portes du Soleil region. With 650km of slopes, it is one of the largest ski resorts in the world. The huge ski area covers both France and Switzerland and predominantly has blue and red slopes. The snow conditions are generally fine and in recent years the lift network has been expanded and modernized to eliminate queues. Les Portes du Soleil offers the possibility to ski past several winter sports villages in one day. Each village has its own personality. From the modern car-free Avoriaz to the lively chalet village of Morzine the charming villages of Châtel and Les Gets. In between these beautiful villages there are plenty of mountain huts and restaurants where you can take a well-deserved break. AlpChalets Portes du Soleil is situated on the edge of the authentic village of Abondance. From the terrace or balcony of your apartment you have a magnificent view over the village, the valley and the mountains.
Summer

Portes du Soleil is a touristic area with beautiful lakes, green spruce trees and cheerful alpine cows. This area is ideal for hiking or biking tours. Lake Geneva and the beautiful Alpine villages surrounding it, are also worth a visit. AlpChalets Portes du Soleil is situated on the edge of the authentic village of Abondance. From the terrace or balcony of your apartment you have a magnificent view over the village, the mountains and the Abondance valley.
Park
The complex belongs to the best holiday homes in the French Alps and includes multiple robust chalets with exclusively designed apartments and penthouses for 4 to 10 people and a parking garage with private parking spaces and ski depots including heating elements for your shoes. The park has a beautiful wellness center with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness.
The approx. 25 apartments and penthouses, each have an area that varies between 70m² and 185m², have a luxurious look and are furnished as can be expected from a five star resort. Each house is equipped with a luxuriously designed kitchen, several luxurious bathrooms, heated wooden and / or stone floors, comfortable furniture and excellent sleeping comfort. Conveniently, upon arrival your beds will already be made. The houses also have free WiFi, UK TV, a Bluetooth soundbar and a digital TV in the living room and in all bedrooms. Some have their own sauna or jacuzzi.

The 6 person apartments have a comfortable living room with a digital TV and Bluetooth Soundbar and a spacious dining area. The luxurious kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, induction hob and coffee maker. Wake up rested in one of the three bedrooms with 2 single beds per room. The bathroom is equipped with a bath (shower in bath) and hair dryer, there is a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the Abondance Valley!

Free Multi Pass. This pass (worth €78 p.p. per week) gives you free or discounted access to nearly 200 attractions and activities in the Portes du Soleil during the summer months. For example, you can make free and unlimited use of chairlifts and cable cars. With a stay of 6 people, you will have a discount of € 468 per week and a discount of € 936 if you book for 2 weeks!
