Enjoyed our stay at this property. There were plenty of essentials in the condo and the condo was very spacious. We enjoyed the workout facilities. The pool was great! Plenty of chairs. On cloudy days I wish the main pool was warmer but we still enjoyed the pools very much. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

Perfect Family Accommodations

We’ve stayed at this resort before but this unit is much more updated. Richard was great to deal with and the property has everything you’ll need. Location is incredible—this place is a gem!

Enjoyed our stay

This place is very nice. The only downfall is the lanai abuts a busy road so there is some noise to contend with but beautifully kept and furnished. Rich was attentive to our needs, which were not many because the place is what it says it is on the listing.

Great Family Vaca

The place was perfect for our family. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff at the club were incredibly helpful and wonderful hosts. The location was ideal, with an easy walk across the bridge to Tin City and downtown. The pool and gym were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great Place

The place was very nice. Other than a issue with the door (which was fixed within a half hour) our stay was great. Location was good. Owner was great on getting back to me immediately!! Overall I would recommend.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful vacation thanks to Rich and Ramona’s beautiful condo and the Naples Bay Resort’ property. The condo was immaculate, beautifully furnished and provided us with most of the comforts of home. The location was perfect and within minutes drive to 5th Ave. Rich, Ramona and the property staff were so nice and accommodating. Looking forward to staying there again. Thanks, Rich and Ramona

An excellent stay

Staying here provides so many conveniences and comforts in Naples. It's very close to all the restaurants and beaches. The resort itself is perfect for families, and the cottage was very clean and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed ourselves very much and found the whole process easy and convenient for the week we were there. For our next visit to Naples we will be considering this as our first option if it's available. Also I'd like to thank our hosts who were so responsive by text messages to answer any questions we had and for the list of recommendations they gave us before we arrived.

This condo was exactly as described, well-appointed, fabulous location and property owners were easily reached. The club was tons of fun for the family, restaurants were in close proximity, and the staff at the resort were kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! ☀️ 🎾

Perfect

Resort and unit are well kept; all very clean and updated. Everything as described. Rich is a great communicator though we had no need to contact him after we arrived because everything was self explanatory and we had no questions or issues. Naples has rebuilt post Hurricane Ian so seamlessly that you wouldn’t know there was a hurricane for the most part.

No stress

Staying at Rich’s lovely, clean home in Naples was so stress-free, from check-in to checkout. My family (including two young children) loved the amenities at the resort, especially the lazy river and the pool. The unit had everything we needed from laundry on-site to a well-stocked kitchen for making meals at home. Both my children have allergies, so we tend to cook from home when we travel, and we had everything we needed at Rich’s place. The location was excellent too! A short walk to downtown Naples and all the restaurants there, and if you’re a runner, not too far for a jog to the beach! We would absolutely book it again. Thanks for the memories!

Spring break 2023

We had a wonderful week in this lovely property. Everything is as pictured in the listing. Lots of extra towels and plenty of kitchen supplies. The location was walking distance to restaurants but there is no need to leave the property for a meal. My boys enjoyed burgers by the pool. I enjoyed one of the best massages I have ever had. The spa is top notch. So is the fitness facility. Every piece of equipment I could possibly need was available. The owners are very responsive though we had no need to contact them. Richard provided very detailed instructions so check in and check out was a breeze. Would love to stay here again!
