Experience the stunning white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico by booking our exquisite 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath condo that accommodates up to 8 guests. Condo 1410 is situated on the 14th floor of Boardwalk Beach Resort, the largest private beach in Panama City Beach, and is just steps away from the shoreline. This condo has been completely remodeled and features new luxury vinyl flooring, quartz countertops, kitchen cabinets, appliances, light fixtures, fresh paint, and stylish furniture.

Condo 1410 comes equipped with a full kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare meals after a long day at the beach. It has a dining room table that seats 6, along with 4 barstools at the counter. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, which is conveniently located just off the living area, or wake up to stunning vistas in the master bedroom! The master bedroom boasts a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The front bedroom includes two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Additionally, the living area features a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

This family-friendly, upscale accommodation includes access to the "Splash Zone" with interactive toys for children, a beachfront pool and hot tub, a beachfront bar and grill, a state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, and much more! Boardwalk Beach Resort is a 22-story, gulf-front condominium that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and sparkles like a diamond on Panama City Beach's Emerald Coast.

Very Relaxing

My sister & I enjoyed staying in this condo. There was some construction that was going on in a different condo that was pretty noisy however this could not have been prevented by our host. The beach & pool were beautiful and relaxing and several other nice amenities offered here.

Fantastic place to stay!

Beautiful condo in a very secure resort. The pool was great for kids. The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was provided and when I had a question, Farah was immediately responsive!

Sept. 2025 - End of Summer Family Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time. We enjoyed waking up to the spectacular ocean view and watching sunsets from the balcony. The place was clean and was a shown in the pictures. This is one the nicest places we have stayed at over our time using Arbnb. The kitchen was stocked with pans/pots to allow us to cook and the family enjoyed watching tv in the family room together as well. The location was great with the beach just out your door, restaurants near by via walk or car and shopping of all sorts not far away. I would highly recommend this place and it easily earned the 5 stars we gave it.

Great experience!

From the moment we pulled up to unload our vehicle we were pleased with this resort! Friendly and polite staff, clean public areas, short elevator wait, all pluses as far as we’re concerned. The condo itself was very nicely decorated! It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the master is to die for and we enjoyed coffee every morning outside in our private little area. The beach area here was clean and seemed to not be as crazy crowded as it can get at other resorts. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

An absolutely wonderful stay with stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and a space that made it easy to relax and enjoy the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay. I tend to prefer very quiet and private places, and I wasn’t sure I’d find that in Panama City Beach, but this property delivered. It felt tucked away, peaceful, and not overly crowded, which made the entire trip so relaxing. The views were absolutely amazing and the space itself was beautifully decorated. Everything felt very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. It truly felt like a place where you could unwind and enjoy the beach. The location was also great and made it easy to enjoy the area while still coming back to a calm, quiet place at the end of the day. The host was also wonderful to communicate with and made everything very smooth from check in to check out. We would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to our friends. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Beachfront condo with amazing balcony view

Our stay at this condo was amazing. The place was very clean and well-maintained. It was up-to-date with new appliances, decorations and furnishings. The host was easy to get in contact with and responded quickly to any questions or needs that I had. The condominium building itself was well-kept and the staff was very pleasant. They had security and you had to wear a wristband which made us feel safe. They had a bar and grill on the property by the pool and the food and drinks were delicious. The condo had a nice sized pool with a walk-in entrance and a separate area with a splash pad for kids. There were JetSki‘s in a banana boat rental available right on the beach which helped make for an adventurous beach day.
