Luxury Beach Front Condo

Exceptional clean and spacious 1400+ SqFt condo with large, covered balcony overlooking beach and pools. Condo has been recently updated with newer appliances, shaker white cabinets and quartz counters. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook. If you don't see what you need call us and we will get it asap. Newer mattresses and high thread count sheets. Newer comfortable living room furniture and 75" 4K Smart TV. Cable included. Easy to login into Amazon, Netflix, Hulu etc. Resort Amenities: tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, racket ball, work out room and more. All the equipment included. Large pool, jacuzzi and baby pool with decks facing the ocean. Affordable poolside restaurant with discount drink cups included in your room. This unit includes super comfy chaise lounges right on the beach. No need to get up to reserve a chair. You pick your chairs at the beginning of your stay, and they will be there for you the entire time. Beach towels, extra folding chairs, children beach toys, binoculars, board games, baby crib and more are provided in the room. And of course, a large front load washer and dryer so you can pack light and still have fresh clothes. Secure parking. We are striving to make this your best vacation ever and we will do everything possible to make that happen.

Condo was great! Had everything we needed for the stay. Great view of the ocean and easy beach access. Close to many good eating places. If we vacation again in PCB we will definitely try to book here again. Host was very friendly and responsive.

The whole trip was perfect for our family! The condo was well stocked and set up great! The only thing that could have been instructed better was how to access the lounger chairs at the beach. We were told 2 different things by the guys who set up the chairs when trying to use the chairs day to day. Other than that we will definitely be looking to return next year!!

The ocean and beach was beautiful. The condo was spacious and well stocked. Plenty of seating inside and on the balcony. The balcony was deep which allowed us to sit out without being in sun, wind or rain. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was awesome !! Clean and well equipped. The condo was beautifully decorated and we really enjoyed the spacious yet private balcony. The host was exceptionally helpful and kind. Common areas were clean and updated from hallways and elevators to the pool. This is the first rental I’ve ever used that I would visit again.

Stop scrolling! You have found the perfect one! If you were like me, you have looked at over 200 rentals when I came across this gym right here. I mean a diamond in the rough is what Watercrest 606 was to my family and I everything you needed for a beach day was there. Sunscreen after sun, lotion can opener, toothpicks, stapler, hairdryer, vacuum mop, cleaning supplies 606 has it all truly the most terrific 75 inch flatscreen TV in the living room will keep you entertained from the balcony or the comfortable seating in the living area. My three-year-old son loved all the decorations and especially the Roomba. I love how there was every cook utensil I would normally use at home already in the condo perfect. Easy pull access and even easier beach access with a rug halfway to the beach that you can walk on and easily pull a wagon on awaits you. I believe 606 has one of the best balconies there a very deep balcony perfect for a evening dinner nightcap, or watching storms brew in the lightning in the ocean.. I have never wanted to stay at a place in Panama twice, but Watercrest 606 is one for the books. I will most definitely search out this Condo for our return yearly. This is my a paid review or anything like that. I just wanted to give my honest repeat opinion of this place like I would want someone to do for me. Oh another thing I loved here this beach does allow your own tents and umbrellas in designated areas. Not crowded at all! Definitely have privacy!!

This end of Panama City Beach is a little more quiet than the busy hubbub a couple miles down the street. It’s in walking distance of the state park which we enjoy visiting from the beach.
