Apartament czysty, wszystkie urządzenia będące na wyposażeniu lokalu w pełni sprawne. Nie sprawdziliśmy jedynie ekspresu do kawy, bo po prostu z niego nie korzystaliśmy. W trakcie naszego pobytu panowały w Nicei bardzo wysokie temperatury, więc klimatyzacja na prawdę zrobiła robotę. Najważniejsze dla mnie kwestie, to: dwie sypialnie, a nie rozkładane sofy, czy przystawki. Naszym celem było zwiedzanie i odpoczynek na plaży, więc apartament nam służył w zasadzie do spania i swoje zadanie zrealizował wzorowo. Wspomnieć można jeszcze o dwóch prozaicznych, ale bardzo praktycznych zagadnieniach, które często mnie denerwują w różnych INNYCH apartamentach, czy hotelach: ciśnienie wody i drożność odpływu. TUTAJ te sprawy były na zadowalającym poziomie :) serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym obiekcie.

Petit appartement très agréable, bien situé, proche de tout.

Nous étions 3, un jeune couple et une senior, le coin nuit est isolé de la cuisine et du salon, c'est très agréable pour des grasses matinées tranquilles. L'immeuble est bien entretenu et l'environnement arboré est agréable. La petite terrasse est également agréable en été pour prendre ses repas car en étage élevé elle est bien ventilée. Très bien équipé. Pas d'emplacement de parking mais on se gare assez facilement. Proche du tram et des commerces.
