A charming apartment of 66 m², in the residential area of Paris, located on the glamorous boulevard de la Saussaye in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Nicely furnished, spacious living room, large bedroom, balcony overlooking a green space, and fully equipped kitchen.
A high-end setting apartment offering a relaxing space; the modern and refined decoration creates a feeling of well-being.
It is our main residence that we wish to rent during summer holidays.
The apartment features an entrance hall, a large living room bathed in natural light, relaxation couch and canape, smart TV with 220 channels, dining table and side tables.
This living room opens onto a 25-meter length balcony overlooking a large green space.
A spacious 15 m² bedroom includes a large double bed, a wardrobe, storage space, and a small work desk with a computer.
A comfortable folding mattress is available for a 3rd person eventually.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all appliances in perfect condition.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, wash-hand basin, and laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Separate WC with wach-hand basin.
Shops and public transportation are just a few minutes walk from the apartment; few bus lines pass nearby.
The apartment is ideally located in the beautiful residential area in Paris and a gateway to the leading commerce district, La Défense.
Close to the CNIT (National Centre for International Trade), and the Grande Arche, with metro, tram, RER, and bus connections; easy and direct access to the monuments and attractions of Paris and its surrounding region: Bois de Boulogne, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Opéra Garnier, the Palace of Versailles, Disneyland Paris, Museums, and charming leisure districts.
Several Vélib' stations (a self-service bike system) and electric car charging stations are also available near the apartment.
The prestigious Boulevard de la Saussaye is served by taxis and private hire services (Uber, Bolt), allowing quick access to nearby destinations.
Two hospitals are nearby: Rives de Seine Hospital Center and the American Hospital of Neuilly.
