Peaceful

Such a great place to stay! The easy beach access was just the cherry on top. The place was clean and very open. We had 6 people staying and everyone was comfortable with plenty of extra room. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Beach Access

Large unit in a well kept facility directly on the beach. Requires access through a security gate. Staff was friendly and host provided detailed instructions. Nearby Monterrey and Santa Cruz provide plenty of activities and shopping. Recommended stay.

Great value

It was a good stay with good value but a little outdated and also far from Monterey and route 1 spots. The location listed was accurate so a lack of planning on my part. The unit is dated but the price is great value so overall great stay.

Cute but smaller then expected very cozy

Very cozy place there are some cute decorations on the walls and a few walls could use some help. Over all it’s a nice little place and could comfortably fit 4 people just steps from the stairs to the beach. The parking is located further away the. Beach just as it should be ;)

Perfect getaway for our family! The location can’t be beat - beachfront, but with easy access to Monterey and Santa Cruz. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Nice stay

This was a good location for us as it was halfway between Monterey and Santa Cruz. We explored the two cities for one day each. Took in Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea one day, and Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park and Santa Cruz beaches the next day. This spot wasn't too far from those sights. Know that the property is surrounded by farmland! I thought it was kind of cool, but some may want to know there is no walking to a restaurant at this location! Could the unit use some updating and minor repairs? Sure. But everything was in working order and we had all we needed to make this a nice stay. Owner communicated appropriately with check-in instructions.

Weekend at the Beach

We had a great experience, the location was fantastic and just steps from the amazing Pajaro Dues Beach. The unit had everything needed for a perfect stay including a grill which we used to barbeque on Friday night. We were able to take long walks on the beach in the morning and see tons of sea life including dolphins and seals

Amazing Location

Amazing location, with easy access to the beach. My kids enjoyed every minute of our stay, great place to spend family time playing games or watching a movie at night. Easy check in and quick response from very nice host!

A comfortable condo at a convenient location but in need of some updates..

This condo has lots of space for our family of four. We were excited as we walked in. Everything was functional and adequate except for a half broken faucet handle in one bathroom. We have been to Parajo Dune a few times, this condo was definitely on the lower end but we rented it at a better value. So I guess we got what we paid for. The biggest complaint was the hygiene of bathroom and bed linens. They had lots of soiled lines and stains. Even the kids thought they were dirty. The couch and chair cushions were not better. It could be due to bad housekeeping or dirty renters. But I strongly suggest the owner to have them professionally cleaned. We ended up covering up the couch and using our own bedsheets and pillowcases. But we didn't bring enough to make ourselves comfortable.

Family spring break

We enjoyed our stay steps away from the beach. Hearing the ocean sounds all night was a treat. Great daily walks on the beach and very close to Monterey or Santa Cruz. The condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed for your stay. We look forward to coming back again.
