This wonderful, fully detached thatched roof house was built in 1995 in the traditional half-timbered fashion. Located on a 3,200 m2 property, you and your family will enjoy it exclusively. It has an idyllic natural garden, which is a veritable paradise for children. The German Tourist Association has awarded the house with 5 stars, the highest possible classification. It includes a large covered balcony and a large, partially covered terrace which leads to the garden. Quietly located, it has very comfortable furnishings and has been built with the best possible materials. You'll have a beautiful view across the fields to the waters of the Schoritzer Wiek. The whole house has been more than fully equipped and meticulously furnished with: a fireplace, wood beam ceilings, telephone, 5 bicycles, 1 children's bicycle, garden furniture, a covered wicker beach chair and a barbecue.

Swimming, surfing, sailing, golf: Greifswalder Bodden is approximately 3 km away. There are a number of small beaches here. The beaches and bathing areas of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren are about 20 km away on the island's east coast. There is a riding stable about 3 km away in Altkamp, and a golf course in Karnitz (about 4 km). You can sail in Lauterbach near Putbus at the 'im Jaich' marina. They also have a sailing school.

Sightseeing: Day trips to the islands of Bornholm, Hiddensee, or the Hanseatic League cities of Greifswald and Stralsund are easily to organised. In the nearby town Putbus, you can take a ride with the historic little steam train 'The racing Roland', which connects the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren. A ride with this train (bicycles can be brought along) is a very special experience indeed!

Hiking, cycling: There are many possibilities for hiking and cycling through Rügen's unique landscape straight from the house.
