Excellent host

Our stay at the lake view villa was pleasant. Property manager Christina was continuously checking and making sure everything was okay. Villa has a nice lake/jungle view. I definitely recommend it.

Quiet Hours: 10pm- 7am. No parties.
No Street Parking - vehicles will be towed at owners expense.
Carport at property for a 2 car parking maximum.
No Pets: if pets are snuck in a $300 fee will apply
Must take trash to dumpster (or possibly down the mountain) upon check out. $300 fee will apply if any trash is left at property.
Do NOT leave food in vehicles or outside on property at any time.
No refunds due to weather or road conditions.
Four-Wheel-Drive and chains are required for booking during winter seasons, responsible to check local weather advisory, and carry chains.
Winter seasons- be prepared for power outages which effect heat and wifi. Cabin is equipped with lanterns, flashlights, and extra cooler to store food.
