Our home is professionally maintained, with regular cleanings, inspections, and upkeep. The pool is serviced by a licensed professional company, and the property is consistently treated by a professional pest control provider. These standards are part of our ongoing commitment—not occasional efforts. Notably, the first communication from the guest regarding any concerns came on the 4th day of a 7-night stay. As we do with every guest, we responded immediately and took action. A handyman was scheduled for the very next day to address the items mentioned. That said, the offered solution was declined, and the communication shifted toward requesting a partial refund rather than allowing us the opportunity to resolve the concerns on-site. We are always open to fair resolutions, but our priority is—and has always been—to fix any issues promptly so guests can fully enjoy their stay. We take pride in being long-time hosts with Superhost recognition across multiple platforms, built on consistent positive experiences and a strong track record of responsiveness, cleanliness, and care. Our mission is to provide a space that is safe, clean, and genuinely enjoyable—and we stand behind that. While we respect every guest’s perspective, it’s important to note that in this case, solutions were offered quickly and professionally, but not accepted, which limited our ability to improve the experience during the stay.
