This superb house in Pornichet is the ideal place for peaceful holidays with friends or family. Located just a few meters from the beaches, you will be able to easily enjoy swimming or sunbathing in complete tranquility.
You will be immediately seduced by the large opening to the outside, which brings all its charm to the living room. The view of the garden creates a particularly soothing atmosphere. Tastefully decorated, the house has a beautiful living space including a living room area and a dining room, bright rooms with a view of the garden.
The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, will allow you to prepare delicious meals: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle.
Outside, a fully enclosed garden awaits you to enjoy barbecues, moments of relaxation in the open air, reading in the shade or sunbathing.
At night, four comfortable rooms welcome you:
- Two bedrooms with king size bed (180 cm)
- a room with a queen size bed (160 cm)
- A room with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed)
The house also has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a second bathroom with a shower, as well as a hairdryer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
In the street, free public parking spaces are available.
