Independent and self-contained access to the accommodation via a 24-hour access code.



The flat is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.



It is fitted with the latest innovations in thermal and sound insulation for your peace and quiet.



It is situated on the first floor of the building and is accessible at ground level.



The Neighborhood:

In the footsteps of Gustave Caillebotte...



You will notice that the Haussmann-style buildings lining Place de Dublin inspired the Impressionist painter Gustave Caillebotte.



The painting ‘Rue de Paris, temps de pluie’ (Chicago Institute of Art) was painted from the vantage point of the square just a stone’s throw from your accommodation.



Amsterdam’s bustling streets welcome you with their bistros and cafés, all the way to the Parisian underworld of Pigalle and its Moulin Rouge.



A shopping trip to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Haussmann is a must.



Stroll along the Champs-Élysées, visit the Opéra Garnier, and explore the Louvre and Orsay museums.
