The apartment house in 2016 newly built is located in an ideal location in the Labahnstraße the seaside resort Heringsdorf, approximately in the middle between the piers Bansin and Heringsdorf. It is only 400 m to the fine Baltic beach of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf and the promenade. Shops and a bakery for fresh bread in the morning are in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is provided free of charge.
Apartment 02:
The 52 m² apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of a modern living room with satellite TV and music system, a comfortable couch (sofa bed), a large dining table and an open kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle u. V. M. The large master bedroom has a box spring bed, the second bedroom with a single bed. A spacious terrace invites in the sun for breakfast. A parking space and a lockable bike storage room are included as well.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wohnen an der Hauptverkehrsstraße
Die Wohnung war Top aber die Terrasse die zur kleinen Straße nach vorne heraus ging unmöglich. Zwar wussten wir das dort eine Straße ist aber durch die Verkehrsführung in diesem Viertel war dieses die Hauptverkehrsstraße und durch den schlechten Zustand des Straßenbelags dadurch sehr laut. Wir freuen uns auf die Ruhe Zuhause.
