Overall very good! Very few extra towels but had washer dryer! The lanai was great, had to send 2 broken chairs in d/t bein broke & took 4 days to return! A missed opportunity for them, could so easily been 2 king suites! We had a great time!

Lovely condo and would recommend!

This is an amazing property and I would recommend! It is exactly as pictured and even more. A great location within walking distance to the Santini Plaza with restaurants, ice cream and shopping. The beach access is incredible, just across the street. And the beach is very nice! The trollee stop is close but while we were there was very unpredictable. We truly enjoyed the beautiful screened in patio overlooking the fountain and pond. The master bedroom has a good king mattress on the softer side though. The murphy bed mattress was just okay and the sofa bed is a sofa bed. The property was quiet and easily accessible with enough parking for one car. While there was dish soap and detergent, there was not ANY extra food items at all. Probably a property management liability. No salt, pepper sugar, etc. Also no extra beach towels or supplies or even trash bags.

Nice property but poor service

The visitor guide had all wrong codes to access the pool and gym. The rental group was slow to provide the correct info as if they didn't know it. There is cover parking but the owner won't let you use it. It sat empty while our car sat thru a tropical storm and then baked in the sun. The gas grills provided did not work. Ft Myers and Bonita Springs were nice. Go eat at Iquana Mia.
