This spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house in the immediate vicinity of the Marina Kastela. The apartment is modernly furnished and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with living room. From the terrace you will enjoy the view of the sea and the marina when you have your morning coffee here. An outdoor kitchen is shared with CDF972. Nearby is vacation home CDT266 from the same owner. Visit the historic cities of Split and Trogir about 15 km from here.

Bicycles, SUP and kayak are available for use together with CDF972 and CDT266. Breakfast with extra payment can be arranged on site with the landlord.

Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln.

Die Wohnung war gut bis sehr gut. Leider beschränkte sich die Aussicht aus dem ersten Stock auf einige Schiffsmasten . Vom Wasser war nicht viel zu sehen. Das Objekt liegt in einem fast reinen Wohngebiet mit sehr engen Straßen. Der nächste Strand liegt fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Hier gibt es leider nur eine Strandbar. Ein besserer Strand ist mit dem PKW in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Hier gibt es auch ein - für unser Empfinden - preisgünstiges Lokal, in dem wir mehrfach Mittag gegessen haben. Hier sind jedoch die Park Möglichkeiten beschränkt, so dass rechtzeiges Erscheinen ratsam ist. Wir würden jedoch nicht mehr nach Kastela fahren, da alles grau in grau erscheint und extrem eng ist. Strandurlaub in Kroatien kennen wir anders ( Istrien / Krk / Crikvenica).

Schöne Wohnung

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung einem Vorort von Split. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Nach Split kann man mit dem Bus fahren.Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfreich wenn es Probleme gab.

Excellent accommodations

This home is located close to the beach and restaurants. The home owner was so quick to reply to any questions. He also offered taxi services which was super helpful to get into the city of split and get picked up from airport. I highly recommend this property.
