General

Beautiful view of the sea and located in a great area close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The apartment is dated and bathtub is very old. The cleanliness was below average in all rooms.

Split - helle Wohnung….

Die Lage und Umgebung waren super, man konnte zu Fuß unterwegs sein und mit dem Auto schnell alles erreichen. Weniger schön war die Wohnung, von Sauberkeit keine Rede. Selbst in den Küchenschränken klebte es., vom Geschürr ganz zu schweigen. Der Wasserkocher war dermaßen verkalkt, das wir zum filtern eine Kaffeefilertüte nehmen mussten. In der ganzen Küche gab es sage und schreibe zwei kleine Teelöffel und zwei große Tassen, die Wohnung ist für fünf Leute ausgelegt. Die großen Glasscheiben waren nicht geputzt, vom Staub in den Schlafzimmern reden wir garnicht erst. Das Badezimmer ist reinigungs und renovierungs bedürftig. Sicher gibt es eine Dachterrase, die man leider nicht nutzen konnte, Stuhle kaputt ungepflegt aber ein toller Ausblick. Alles in allem, ist die Wohnung abgewohnt und unsauber.

Beautiful view

Lovely place, a cost effective apartment, a shutter wouldn’t shut, no curtain on a small window. But the big bed was very comfortable, smaller bed is a fold down, our boys shared it and was fine. Nearest shops etc a bit of a walk, but on the way back from town. Local beaches stone but great and very close.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Split

Das Apartment war sehr schön und gemütlich. Alles was man brauchte, war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Très bel appartement avec un propriétaire très agréable malgré l’appartement excentré

L’hôte est très gentil, accueillant et serviable. L’appartement est spacieux avec un beau rooftop et une très belle vue. Il était propre et fonctionnel. Malgré tout l’emplacement n’était pas idéal car excentré (20 min à pied du centre). Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la douche car il y avait un manque d’eau chaude car nous étions 5 ainsi qu’avec le four et les plaques de cuisson qui ne chauffe pas très bien, il y avait également qu’un manque d’ustensiles. On garde un très bon souvenir de notre séjour dans cet appartement, les points positifs de l’appartement ont minimiser les inconvénients.

Very good place to enjoy Split

We were 4 people visiting Split and the apartment was the best one we can imagine. Davor was very available for us. Very clean and extremely well located. I highly recommend this place! Best regards from France!

Disappointed

We were very disappointed with this Vrbo. Our only communication from the owner was in Croatian language and I could not translate it Arrival was fine and when we arrived the owner was on the property. He took us to the apartment which was actually on the 4th floor that he describes as the 3rd. That was ok but the when going up n down the stairs the landings were full of stuff which made it difficult to move around. I thought maybe he would help us haul the luggage, but no. The apartment itself was a little dated and somewhat dirty. We rent homes to customers in the States and when our customers arrive it is like a 5 star hotel. Everything is clean and very tidy. Here the inside windows were dirty the mirror was dirty and it just needed to get a good cleaning. The washing machine was great but leave the refrigerator on between guests-don’t turn it off. Sorry for this bad review but it is what it is.

Great accommodation with stunning views

Very comfortable apartment with stunning views located 15mins from Split city centre. Apartment owner very helpful and accommodating, providing great info on old town and excellent restaurant recommendations. Our short stay in Split was a lot of fun.

Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone, duże i wygodne. Dodatkowo można korzystać z ogródka, więc nasz pies również był zadowolony. Miejsce szczególnie korzystne dla rodzin. Davor, właściciel, jest sympatyczny i pomocny w każdej kwestii. Lokalizacja idealna nie tylko na długie spacery w pobliskim parku, ale przede wszystkim ze względu na bliskość do plaży i centrum miasta. Polecamy serdecznie.

best thing was the size and location

very clean and large apartment close to restaurants but I thought we would have a view of the water. Even though the sea was nearby we didn't feel it was within walking distance like I thought it would be. But for the price it was fine. takes one about 20 minutes to walk into main area of town.

Good location, friendly host

The apartment has an excellent location for excursions in the main city of Split and very close to ferries to the other islands. The host is friendly and helpful. My only constructive feedback would be that the apartment could use a bit of renovation/modernization (kitchen and bathroom mostly). Other than that, it is an ideal home base for your Croatian vacation.

Esperienza stupenda

Posto magnifico, casa molto accogliente e luminosa. Il proprietario molto disponibile, appena arrivati ci ha accompagnati a cambiare i soldi e fare la spesa. Vicina alle spiagge più belle di Spalato e a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Di fronte casa c'é la fermata dell'autobus per arrivare al porto e al centro. Proprietario disponibile per informazioni sui luoghi turistici piu frequentati. Sicuramente esperienza da rifare.

Excellent séjour

La description de l'appartement est fidèle à ce que l'on y trouve. La mer est vraiment est à 2 minutes à pied, et par ailleurs, l'on trouve une multitude de petites plages et criques si l'on le souhaite en faisant quelques Kms. Les commerces sont à proximité, le centre de Split également, la localisation est vraiment idéale, car tout est faisable à pied. Le soleil était au RDV, comme la chaleur et la mer de toute beauté. La période estivale est une période propice aux festivals, spectacles, concerts, en plus des visites "traditionnelles", il y en a donc pour tous les gouts. Et puis, à noter enfin, l'accueil de Davor, ses précieux conseils, sa sympathie, et sa disponibilité qui nous ont permis de passer une excellente semaine, telle que l'on l'espérait!

Davor ofrece una atención magnífica

Sin duda, lo mejor de la casa son las vistas al mar y la atención prestada por Davor en todo momento. Tuvimos un problema médico y él nos ayudó todo lo que pudo, y sus recomendaciones sobre dónde comer o sobre lo que hay que ver fueron muy acertadas. Por lo demás, se trata de una casa muy sencilla.

Great view from nice apartment.

We had a great vacation in Davors nice and bright apartment. The apartment is 5 min. walk from the beach, and 20 min. walk from the old town. We were 5 persons in the apartment, and we didn't have any problems or issues with the space because of the 2 big terrases and 2 bedrooms. Davor was a great host. He was always nice and helpfull if we had any questions about our vacation. We would very mouch like to come back to Davors place. Best regards Mr. Eriksen.

Parfait

Appartement conforme à la description et aux photos. Spacieux, propre, très bien équipé, on gare la voiture sur un emplacement réservé, l'endroit est très calme. Le plus de l'appartement : sa terrasse face à la mer avec vue dégagée. Quel plaisir d'y prendre ses repas ou de s'y installer pour un peu de farniente ! Une plage agréable se trouve à quelques minutes à pied. Le propriétaire, Davor, est extrêmement sympathique et toujours prêt à fournir des renseignements. Nous avons fait un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cet appartement

Que du bonheur

Appartement avec une superbe vue, dans un quartier calme. La mer est à deux pas, ainsi qu une ligne de bus pour rejoindre rapidement le centre ville. Accueil très chaleureux par le propriétaire toujours prêt à rendre service, nous indiquer de bons restaurants. Je cherchais un club de plongée et davor m a imprimė les coordonnées de tous les centres autour de split. Wifi appréciable , appartement bien equipė. De bons moments de partage la veille du départ en regardant des photos de split sous la neige. Je conseille vivement cette location .

I was born in Split in 1970. I lived pretty much all the time in this city. Here I have finished all schools, elementary school, the medium of Medicine, and the Faculty of Chemistry.

This house is the house of my youth, where I was born, where I spent my teenage years and where I still live in. Lately it was somewhat renewed. Obviously, this vacation home has a special meaning for me, and I'm very happy of the fact that the apartments in it, fully satisfy my many guests, and find that in the whole very welcoming and attractive.

The house is surrounded by greenery, on the southern slopes of the hill Marjan. The highlight of the apartment and 'the panoramic view of 360 degrees. Despite being only 20 minutes (walking) from the city center ', seems to be in tranquility' of the countryside, just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful pebble beaches suitable for children and adults. On the south side of the house is the garden at the disposal of the tourists. The highlight of the apartment and 'the shaded area with table and chairs. lounge chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue and wood-burning all surrounded by grass and flowers and fruit trees. In front of the house there is a private parking for 4 vehicles, assured of ambi two guest apartments, including the owners.
