The detached holiday home, built in 2011, is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire site, and courtyard.


Location
Nagyvázsony. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Please be considerate of our neighbours after 10:00 p.m. and avoid music and loud talking outside the house (garden, terrace, romping) - Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms. Credit cards are accepted. The guesthouse is located in picturesque Nagyvázsony in the Balaton Highlands. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). In 2020, air conditioning was installed in all rooms and living areas. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, and a fire extinguisher.
Hygiene measures: Contactless payment. Regional health guidelines are observed.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational mid-May to mid-October, can be heated, diameter 4.5 m, 1.2 m deep).
