Nice Naples property

Overall the accommodations were lovely and really great communication with the owner and property manager. Would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.

Wonderful view on the lake

Well located in Naples and in Briarwood we are fond off. The quality of the house, the rooms, the pool and the outside. All day long, we enjoyed living outside with this wonderful view. The positive and efficient contact with the owner and the tendant.

What’s Not To Like

This beautiful home is inside a gated community, so security was not an issue. The home was well stocked with all the essentials, so there was no concern about immediately running to the store. The bed was comfortable and the nights were quiet, so we were well rested after each day’s activities. The pool deck with a view of the lake was especially nice. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

Das war unser dritter Aufenthalt in Briarwood. Dieses Haus war das beste, was wir gemietet hatten. Sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die Beschreibung wurde noch übertroffen. Wir hatten 3 wundervolle erholsame Wochen in Naples.

Naples getaway

Beatiful house with a view

We enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the pool was used almost every minute we were in the house. We also enjoyed the beatiful lake view very much.

Briarwood Paradise

Property was a fantastic experience with the property owner leaving out no details. Home was immaculate and accounted for all needs....plenty of towels (for home & pool), beach needs, every possible kitchen need one could imagine and great beds. Very well maintained home with plenty of space. Have stayed in Briarwood before and this home was definately one of our top favorites. Thank you for a great experience..

May week in Naples, Briarwood

We enjoyed our stay at Briarwood. The house is spacious with open areas and places to get away from it all. The pool area is enclosed with plenty of seating and room to stretch out. The kitchen is well stocked with household utensils, with everything you need. Plenty of bath and beach/pool towels are available, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas and other things you might need. Therese was contacted from Switzerland with a few questions before our arrival and during our stay. She responded quickly to our satisfaction. Going to the beach, shopping in Coastland or eating out is fairly easy and quick - but of course you need a car. Just one small negative aspect to report, but not so serious. It is the continuous background noise caused by the traffic on weekdays, especially in the morning. This surprised us because the house is not on Livingston Road and even less on Golden Gate Pkwy. To be recommended in any case !

The best Lake view possible!

Our stay was excellent thanks to the owner, Therese and her property Manager, Katja who took good care of us during our stay. The house was cleaned and beautifully furnished. There was the necessities items available along with a welcoming care package waiting for us. Not having to rush to the Publix was truly appreciated. Briarwood is a safe and well managed gated community and closed to all Naples attraction. The pool and the amazing lake view at its best!
