Hi Jennifer! Thank you so much for your review! We appreciate all of our guest's feedback and want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. That is why we provide sound machines in every room to block out any noise! Thank you for staying with us and we hope to host you again soon!

Thank you for the fantastic feedback! We are so pleased to hear that the labeled kitchen, game selection, and pickleball court helped your group create such wonderful, lasting memories. We truly appreciate the tip regarding the Viva paper towels! We are always looking for ways to improve our guest experience and will certainly look into that brand for future stays. Regarding the beds, we want every guest to have a "sleep sanctuary" experience that is Above The Rest, so we will be sharing your comments with our design and maintenance teams to address the comfort of that specific mattress. We completely understand the frustration regarding the pool and hot tub. These amenities are managed by the complex, and while we work closely with them to keep our guests informed of any maintenance, last-minute changes, or closures can occasionally occur without much notice. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another beautiful stay in the future!

Hi Michael! Thank you so much for your 5-star review. We are delighted to hear that your stay was enjoyable and memorable! We strive to make our guests stay with us truly feel like a home away from home and we are so pleased that we succeeded in doing just that for your stay with us. :) One of our favorite things is sitting out on the balcony and watching the many deer roaming the property! They are such beautiful, graceful animals and it is so relaxing observing them in nature! Thank you for trusting us with your vacation and we look forward to having you back soon!

Hi Micah. Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us at Lakeside Haven. Here at A Stay Above the Rest we believe in SPOILING our guests and providing them with every amenity imaginable and the comforts of home so they can focus on what's important...having a stress-free vacation and making lasting memories with loved ones! Your ultimate comfort is our goal and we truly care that every guests' stay is amazing! Our team goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and answer any questions you may have. We thank you for allowing us to host you, and we look forward to doing it again soon!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and balanced review. We’re truly glad to hear you enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and cozy comforts of the cabin, even if the experience wasn’t quite what you had hoped for. We completely understand your disappointment. Lake Travis water levels and conditions can shift quickly, especially during heavy rains and seasonal changes. While it’s out of our control when the lake becomes temporarily restricted, we know how central it is to the experience and wish it had been open for your stay. We appreciate you rolling with the changes and making the most of it with scenic drives and some good old-fashioned downtime. And you're absolutely right, checking local conditions before arrival is always a smart move (and a great tip for others!). We'd love the chance to welcome you back when the lake is at its best so you can enjoy the full lakeside retreat.
