Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this quiet apartment is perfect to rest after a day of sightseeing. It includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional and spacious shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge for you to relax.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
During your stay, don’t hesitate to explore the surrounding area:
- The beautiful Parc Montsouris is only 7 minutes walk for a nature break in Paris.
- The famous Catacombs of Paris are also 7 minutes walk, for an original and fascinating visit.
- In 7 minutes by metro, you can easily reach Montparnasse or the Place d'Italie and its many shops.
- Access to the metro stations is very easy, which makes getting around Paris particularly convenient.
For your daily errands, a supermarket "Carrefour Express" is just 4 minutes walk.

The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.

Line 4: Mouton Duvernet: 5 minutes walk;
RERB Lines, 4 and 6: Denfert-Rochereau: 9 minutes away.

Lines 38, 68, N14 and N21: Alésia - Maine: 3 minutes walk;

Line 62: La Tombe Issoire: 5 minutes.
