This studio which is at the top floor of a XX century building with elevator is located between the oberkampf district and the delightful canal saint Martin with the convenience of 5 metro lines at walking distance ( 3,5,8,9 and 11 ). It offers a wonderful skyline view and all the amenities for a comfortable stay . Around the corner you will find the popincourt market which is a very active open air market open every tuesday and friday mornings. several bakers and an amazing collection of restaurants and cafes nearby.
The studio consists of a main room with a table for 2, a very comfortable quality hotel queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a closet . a separate kitchen with a microwave oven, stove and fridge and a bathroom with a basin, a large shower, a toilet and a washer.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV, quality linens and towels.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 12pm and after 9pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 10am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 12pm.

Location was excellent. Handy to Metro lines, good restaurants, museums and shops. Our host, Olivier, was nearby and very responsive. Having a washer in the unit as well as an elevator were wonderful amenities. Room was very clean.

This was a great apartment for our 10 day stay in Paris! We were close to Oberkampf station which was the station we used most often! The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and the laundry machine was a great bonus for a longer stay! There were many restaurants and little grocery stores near by and we loved “Boulangerie Polka” which was a minute away.

Very centrally located. Close to Place de la République and metro stations. Bars, restaurants. Close proximity to the canal, nice walk. The owner, Olivier, was excellent to deal with! Highly recommend staying there!

Fantastic neighborhood - walking distance to a number of metro lines as well as the canal. Vibrant area, great tiny apartment built for one or two, top floor of a safe building with elevator. Minimal in size but lots of amenities. Owner was very kind and quick with communication. We had a lovely stay even in the heat of summer.

The studio was cozy and perfect for 1-2 people. The wifi worked really well and the location was great. Lots of restaurants nearby and less than a 10 minute walk from 3 metro stations. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with to arrange check-in. It was nice being on the top floor, and the laundry worked well too.

Olivier was great. He responded to our questions in a timely manner. The apartment had everything we needed. It was comfortable and close enough for us to walk to many sites including Bastille, Notre Dame, and Louvre (anything within 4km is walking distant for us). Several metro lines are nearby.The local market on Tuesday and Friday was fun to walk through and get fresh food.It was fun to explore the local neighborhoods and found many great restaurants -- Melt and Bobi were two of our favorites.

Great stay in Paris

The location was very convinient with only a short walk to the Republiqué metro station that connects in all directions and many nice restaurants, bakeries and shops also within walking distance. The appartment had all the nessesary amenities and everything was very new and clean. We only stayed for three nights, but would also book here again, if we were to stay in Paris for longer!

L'endroit est vraiment bien situé. À l'accueil, on nous a suggéré un petit marché pas loin et identifié les métros à proximité. Des documents laissés sur place suggèrent aussi de bonnes pâtisseries à 5 minutes à pied. Ventilateur fonctionnel et très apprécié pendant la canicule. Endroit calme et près de l'action. Nous avons adoré le quartier.

Pour deux personnes maximum, le logement est situé dans un très bon secteur du 11ᵉ arrondissement. Les stations de métro sont à proximité et le centre de Paris se rejoint en environ 35 minutes à pied pour les bons marcheurs.On trouve plusieurs épiceries à proximité, ainsi que de petits cafés et boulangeries dans les alentours. Il est possible de préparer des repas simples dans la cuisinette.La fermeté du lit est bonne et la salle de bain est très bien. L’arrivée est facile et la communication avec Olivier, très accommodant, a été efficace.Le seul point moins positif est qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup d’espace de rangement : le linge reste dans les valises. Sinon, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 10 jours.

Die Lage ist sehr gut; Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, man ist schnell bei zwei Metrostationen. Das Haus ist ruhig, die Küche funktional, sehr gutes Bett. Für zwei Personen ein angehmer Aufenthalt. Als Anregung: für nicht-französisch-sprechende Gäste wäre die Aufnahme des ein oder anderen fremsprachlichen Fernsehsenders eine gute Ergänzung.
