My family and I recently stayed at this fantastic home in Cedar City. The host, JoAnna, was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Her house was pristine and the nicest place we have ever stayed through Vrbo. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for a quick drive to Brian Head. We will definitely be coming back to stay soon!!! I highly recommend JoAnna's place for any family looking to enjoy a vacation away from home without sacrificing any comforts. 5/5 Stars!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. Every question we had was answered quickly, and they even recommended some fantastic local restaurants that we really enjoyed.The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt very thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was especially impressive it was fully stocked with high-quality cookware, pots, pans, and everything needed to cook comfortably.One detail we truly appreciated was that there were clear instructions for everything throughout the house. It made using all the amenities very easy and stress-free.There were also many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The host left a waffle mix with a recipe, and there was even a waffle maker in the kitchen. It was such a sweet surprise, and the waffles turned out delicious!You can really see how much care and effort the hosts put into making guests feel welcome. The home felt even better than home. We were very impressed and would absolutely love to stay here again.

Great place for our family's Utah vacay!

We had a great stay for our Spring Break! Was snowing when we got there but there was a shovel handy in the garage. Check in instructions were clear and host had excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area again!

Great Location

Stayed for a hockey tournament. Home was very close to the KJ Ice Barn! Home was very clean and had many kithcen accessories!

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and was in a great location for our family. We were visiting relative who had just moved to Cedar and our rental was perfect for us. It was centrally located for all our events. Hoping we can rent here again during the winter.

Brand new and super clean!

This house was a great home base for our visit to Cedar City for the Shakespeare Festival with family and friends. The layout was perfect for 2 family units - 2 bedrooms share one bath and the other is en suite. The outdoor space was not great, but the small patio did let us spread out a bit more. The a/c condenser was loud and right next to the picnic table, and tiny gathering space felt more like being in a garage than a yard. The only other negative was that this property is not in walking distance of town, which I'm sure is clear somewhere in the description - We just missed that detail. Otherwise, very comfortable, clean, and the beds are very comfortable!

All of these adventures are within 1 hour of this beautiful town home. Come back after that day of adventure and relax in the Tempurpedic beds to be prepared for your next day of adventure.
