We rent out our main residence and will reside nearby during your stay.

SAINT-JEAN-DE-LUZ NORD - Basque house of 134 m2 on two levels, fenced with electric gate and intercom allowing walking access to the beach of Erromardie (1.2 km) and local shops (LIDL, bakery, press, pharmacy) as well as shuttles serving the city center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz located 2.3 km from the house.
Information on the Basque Country conurbation network bus on site www.txiktxak.fr

Outside with a small swimming pool of 10 m2 perfect for cooling off during the summer days from June to September.

On the first floor a living room area of 36 m2, an equipped kitchen, a closed veranda overlooking the pool and the garden, a bedroom with bed 160, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, a separate toilet. A garage with motorized door and a laundry room with direct access to the kitchen complete this level.

Upstairs two large bedrooms (140 beds), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and an attic office that can accommodate an extra bed on request.
The house is suitable for families as it has a travel cot and a high chair.

This was a lovely stay in the south of France. The Villa exceeded expectations and the family who rented the villa are literally next door so communication and checking in process was excellent. It is situated a couple of minutes from a Lidl supermarket and nice café with artisan bread and pastries. There is also a park and ride which is a 4 minute walk with very regular buses into the centre of St Jean de Luz which is 8-10 minutes journey. I would recommend a hire car as there is so much to do around this area and across the border in Spain. The villa itself was very clean and suited our needs perfectly with the added bonus of the local rugby club over the fence which allowed me to watch a preseason friendly against a team from Ireland! Thoroughly recommend the villa as it provides a great base for touring around the area. Many thanks to Frederic and family for looking after us on our trip

Très bel hébergement et bien placé par rapport au centre et aux plages de St Jean de Luz, ainsi que pour monter vers les villages ou filer en Espagne. La piscine est un vrai plus et la maison parfaitement équipée. Très bon accueil du propriétaire a l arrivée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Deux mois et demi pour noter votre séjour. Nous sommes surpris de la brièveté et de la teneur de votre commentaire. Pas de fourmis avant et après votre arrivée ni lors du séjour des hôtes qui vous ont succédés. Il suffisait de nous le dire nous aurions fait le nécessaire.. vous indiquez lit inconfortable au singulier alors que vous avez occupé les trois chambres !. Dommage que vous ne parlez pas des points positifs tels que l'accueil personnalisé, la propreté du logement, les équipements et le calme que vous nous avez dit avoir apprécié !. Votre notation globale est incompréhensible et dénuée de fondement.

Sehr nette Besitzerfamilie, die ihr baskisches Haus am Stadtrand vermietet. Liebevolles Check-In und Möglichkeit, jederzeit nachzufragen. Die Küchenaustattung ist komplett.
