Thank you for the feedback Barabara. We are always trying to improve our home and we always take feedback whether positive or negative to heart and make sure we update and make changes accordingly. With that in mind, I wanted to address the items that you had mentioned above and make the resolutions public as you and I spoke on direct message about these issues as well. 1. Walls being scuffed - We purchased the house in December and unfortunately we acquired the scuffed walls with the purchase :( We have been gathering quotes to get the walls painted in the main areas ASAP. 2. Furniture in disrepair - As we discussed over private message, you were referring to two kitchen table chairs that have been worn down on the seat. We will be replacing those two chairs immediately. In regards to "Furniture" in the broad term, ALL of our furniture in the house is brand new as of April 2022 (Includes all bedroom sets, mattresses, pool chairs, tables, etc.). 3. Mold in the bathroom - As this was a very alarming accusation, we sent out a mitigator right after this review was posted and he scanned the whole house, including bathrooms, and all living areas for mold and said that there was no mold he could find. Mold is something very serious we would never mess with and as this is the first time we've heard of this from any of our guests we wanted to make sure everything was clean and mold-free. So I can assure you that whatever you thought was mold, was not and has been inspected and signed off on by a professional. 4. Alarm going off - In Florida, it is a law and a safety requirement for us to have a pool deck alarm installed in our home. In our detailed welcome guide, we explain everything on how to disable it, how it works, and why it's necessary for your family's safety. We ask all of our guests to familiarize themselves with our guest guide before arrival as it has a lot of good information in it to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free! For all future guests, we provide our direct contact information and our property manager lives a block away from our home if there are ever any issues. We love this home and if there is ever an issue we are very quick to react and get things taken care of so never hesitate to reach out if there is an issue as we will get it taken care of right away!
