Perfect vacation!

I would highly recommend this vacation spot! Just a few steps to the beach. Beautiful house! Plenty of room for our 6 family members and dog! Oak island is now our favorite beach!

Great Family Vacation

Nice place right on the beach. It was nice for our elderly parents to not have to go to the beach if they didn't want because the deck was right behind the dunes and they could enjoy the surf and sunset without the sand. Restaurant was right next door and the food was great and it was very convenient to grab some meals after being on the beach all day. Pet friendly - our little puppy loved it! Needs more seating in the living room - our party of 7 was not able to all have seating when we had a rainy day indoors and same with dining. If you sleep 10, you should have seating for 10. Fridge didn't seem cold but it was a new one...possibly turned down on accident. We were at Oak Island not Yaupon Beach.

Clean and convenient

The house is remodeled nicely. I was very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. It even had crockpots. My 96 year old grandfather couldn't get around easily so having the Lazy Turtle right next door to walk over and grab drinks and food to bring back was very helpful. We only had one issue with the a shower door upstairs but maintenance was out to fix it within the hour. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a much needed girls week with aunts cousins and kids. The location made this perfect for us. Right on the beach. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. There were a few post construction items items left for the PM but none negatively affected our stay. I had driven to NC from Utah and had to find a place that accepted dogs. This beach is extremely dog friendly and people very responsible for their pets. We had a great stay. Thanks
