Lake living at its finest. Warm and inviting inside with over 3,000 sq. ft 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, 2 family rooms and large eat-in kitchen for entertaining. Plenty of indoor space to enjoy with your family and friends on the lake.

Indoor Living:
Smart TV with Youtube TV available in all the rooms including 1.0 Gig fast wireless internet. Board games, books for all ages, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and common space, some walk-in closets, unique kids play space under the stairs, and a desk available when work needs to be done. Kitchen is equipped with most everything you would need including a washer and dryer located on the main floor and lower floor.

Outdoor Living:
If you would rather be outside there is plenty of fun to have. 2 large open decks and lower covered deck with comfortable furniture. Large boat dock, excellent for relaxing on the lake, swimming, floating, fishing, and kayaking. Enjoy horseshoes or cornhole and try out the 3 fishing kayaks for your use. Life vests are also on the property for use. A gas fire pit on the lower patio can be used, as well as a wood burning fire pit outside for toasting marshmallows, and a large gas grill on the upper deck with outdoor dining table and chairs. Rocking chairs on both levels and several chaise lounges for use on the outdoor deck, lawn or dock. You can rent jet skis or boats from several of the nearby marinas and know you have a place to dock them to at our private boathouse on the property.

Parking: 5 cars in cement driveway and 2 additional spots behind garage in gravel parking space.

FAQ: - lower level can be accessed without stairs but will have a 3” high cement threshold to maneuver over to get in back door on lower level, and a cement walkway with steep incline to navigate.
- Unfenced lake and dock access. Kids will need to be supervised at all times around lake area and no running down the cement walkway that goes from the garage to lower level.
