Cozy house, easy access, steps from the beach, no stairs to kitchen one bedroom and one bathroom.
New addition just completed 1-1-25, We added 2 new bedrooms, larger living room, and A full bathroom.
Plenty of parking.
A true piece of Mexico Beach History. One of the few historic cottages still around. If you like the view of the Gulf of Mexico, we have it. If you like short walks to public beach we have it. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch and enjoy the ocean sounds. Take a few paces to the beach at night and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We have great wifi and Smart tv`s for your use. 5% local taxes will be withheld extra

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please strip all used beds and place bedding in laundry room. Gather all used towels and such and place in laundry room. Please put garbage in garbage cans out side for pickup. Replace all keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
