About this property

Attractive apartment with sea views in Parque Santiago 2

The cozy apartment is located in the very popular, centrally located Parque Santiago II complex, directly by the sea and on the wonderful beach of Las Americas. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the beach promenade, the mountains and the sea that is within your reach. The apartment is fully equipped, bed linen and towels are provided and final cleaning is included in the price.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a free safe), a bathroom and a living / dining room with adjoining American kitchen, which has an electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A satellite flat screen TV and a radio incl. CD / MP3 players provide entertainment. Furthermore, free WiFi is available in the entire complex, as well as a private one in the apartment.
You can enjoy breakfast on the sunny balcony and evenings invite you to a cozy sundowner.
If it should be fresher, you also have enough space in the dining area for up to 5 people (including a high chair).
The bathroom has a spacious shower with glass shower partition and is also suitable for people with reduced mobility thanks to its flat shower tray.
The apartment is ideal for a bathing and beach vacation but also ideal for a long-term vacation.
In the complex there is a supermarket (here you can only recommend the delicious, freshly baked bread rolls for breakfast), bank, ATM, various restaurants, hairdresser, massage parlor, surf school and much more.
The poolside snack bar invites you in the morning from 9:00 am for breakfast and until 6:00 pm for cool drinks and a delicious snack. Beach chairs, cushions and parasols by the pool are available for a fee.

The "Golden Mile" with its numerous shops is also within easy walking distance and invites you to stroll in the evening.

The total price shown includes the laundry package and final cleaning.

On request, we can provide a cot with accessories (sleeping bag, sheets, towels) for a small fee.

Excellent central location.

Location very good. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only downfall was having to pay daily for sunbeds which is quite costly with children

The property is very central with a wide range of bars and restaurants very close. Communication with the host and check in process was excellent. The pool area and surrounds are kept very clean and tidy. There is a charge for the sun loungers of 3.50 1.50 for the cushion and a 1.50 charge for the parasol if required. The property itself has all you need to self cater although is a bit dated as seen in the advert .

Stayed here previously and will be staying again next year, great apartment in a good complex with a pool that’s been recently refurbished to a high standard ( although there is a charge for sunbeds it doesn’t put people off and it’s usually quite busy ). There’s also a decent restaurant located next to the pool with reasonable prices. Thomas’s apartment has two bedrooms with twin beds and fans in all rooms, a kitchen and dining table and large seating area in front of a tv which has a few English channels. There’s also a balcony with a four seater table, washing machine and large fridge freezer, it really is a home from home and in a great location near some popular bars and restaurants. I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect location

Great apartment a little dated but very clean and big enough for my family, the only downside was the fridge freezer on the balcony didn’t work so if your are looking to do self carting in my opinion the fridge is not big enough. The host were quick to answer any questions and to fix any problems as they arrived. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment is basic and very small livingroom area. The decor is out dated. TV didnt have any english channels. Contact person never answered their phone. Apartment not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties due to access to get to the apartment. Good location definitely not suitable for more than 4 people due to layout and size of livingroom it was tight for space for 3 people to be in the main living area.

Overall experience

The apartment had everything you need but it is in need of modernisation. All the pine furniture and there was only a small fridge so you couldn’t stock up and we were there for a month. There was a large fridge/freezer on the balcony that no longer worked. However we did have a lovely time there and the pool area is really nice and a few steps to the front.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 4 Wochen. Die Wohnung ist top und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Aber auch die ganze Anlage mit dem tollen beheizten Pool kann man sehr genießen. Die Lage ist perfekt und man hat vom Balkon einen seitlichen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Thomas war erstklassig, er hat sich sehr gekümmert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch noch den wöchentlichen Wäschewechsel. Dieses ist bei einer Ferienwohnung nicht Standard. Die nette Ellen vor Orthat sich da sehr gekümmert.Meine Frau und ich können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Super appartamento

Ho trovato questo appartamento per caso e si è rivelato un vero gioiellino, vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi che servono. Pulizia dell’appartamento veramente ottima, la piscina molto bella e poi poter vedere l’oceano dal balcone è stato veramente molto piacevole. In conclusione ottimo soggiorno ci tornei molto volentieri!!
