HOUSE RULES • Acceptance of the House Rules is assumed upon booking • No unregistered guests. including unregistered children. (for insurance & liability reasons, everyone needs to be registered). Additional guests could be allowed upon request and permission from host. • No parties of any kind. If a party is hosted with unregistered guests, Guests and occupants may be evicted without refund, which may also include, if applicable, forfeiture of Guest's security deposit. • Smoking IS allowed outdoors on the property at least 15 feet away from the house. NO Smoking allowed anywhere in the home, including sunroom porch. • Quiet time is between 10:00pm-8:00am. This includes loud music and voices; noise travels easily where it is quiet and serene. • If you bring a pet, please use the pet covers provided on the couches, chair and bed • No wet towels or clothing on the furniture please. • Do not move larger furniture. • Doors should remain closed to keep the bugs and mosquitoes out of the house. • There is no garbage disposal - please be careful what goes in the kitchen sink. • No candles anywhere on the property. • No weapons are allowed on the property

The location of this rental is unique and super convenient. We used it as a home base to visit with family over the holidays. The host was great with communications and making sure the outside was clear of snow and ice. Very clean. Kitchen had everything and more!

Gem of a house in beautiful Halfmoon, NY! Very clean and well located house in quiet neighborhood off of Route 9. Close to restaurants, shopping, nail salons and even pickle ball courts and ice cream!Sun porch was our favorite gathering place and also a nice fire pit area out back. Perfect for our girls’ weekend! We will be back!

We had a relaxing 4 days at the Half Moon house. Everything was very clean and we LOVED the variety of coffee machines! Great location close to everything, but still off the main road. The sun room was very nice on warmer days. We will definitely plan to return for our sister weekend next year!

Fantastic property. The kitchen is outstanding. A lot of privacy, the sun room is fun and comfortable. The basement master is a great private space. The sectional in the TV room is comfortable and relaxing. It is very centrally located between Albany and Saratoga. Very, easy to get to Troy or Albany or Saratoga or any point noth.

Family reunion
Thank you for our Half Moon House stay. It was perfect for the 3 couples here for a family reunion - close to our parent's condo and easy access to shopping, restaurants (Nonna Maria's is the best!) and I-87 Northway. Clean comfortable spaces, great sunroom, and well equipped kitchen.

Family gathering
The owner was very responsive throughout the entire process; from booking to check- out. The house was perfect for us. We took advantage of the amenities- back yard fire pit, fence in yard for our dog, working grill and a large family room for playing games. Halfmoon was the midway point for our family to meet. The town offered shops, bowling and parks. Also it is close to Saratoga which is a lot of fun to visit.

Wonderful home and great location
Visiting family in Colonie. Great location to Northway, restaurants and shopping. Host was in constant contact when we had various questions. Large private bedroom downstairs cellar area which was perfect as family and children were upstairs. Perfect area for family gathering with a large sunroom and large outdoor backyard. Well kept.

NY trip to visit Family
Everything was great . The home is very comfortable, great location. We were visiting our family in upstate NY the location is great . We were very happy with the home perfect size for 6 of us. Home had everything you need for a perfect stay and even some extra little touches to make our stay comfortable. Convenient to Saratoga Racecourse and north way to lake George.

Perfect place for pups
Great little house, conveniently located between Albany and Saratoga. Several walking trails and parks to walk your dog. House was super accommodating our dog. Fenced in yard and they provided covers for furniture as well. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Even provide goodies for s’mores.

Great experience
I don't often write reviews but this place worked out really great. My dad and I came up for the races at Saratoga. The location was great, just a short ride up the road. Several great restaurants close by and close to Half Moon park for a good walk or jog. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and is a quiet residential area. We hope to come back next year.
