৹ Bedroom 4: Located on the 2nd floor with 2 twin-size beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
৹ Bedroom 5: 3rd floor bedroom featuring a full-size bed and bathroom with a stand-up shower.
৹ Bedroom 6: Located on the 3rd floor with a full-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower.
৹ Bedroom 7: 3rd floor bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower.
৹ There is an additional bathroom on the first floor off the kitchen featuring a large walk-in shower.

Carriage House Bedrooms & Bathrooms: (open May thru October)

৹ If you book May thru October the Carriage House is included during your stay. However, November thru April the Carriage House is closed and not included with the booking. This change is already reflected in the pricing
৹ During peak season the house rents at a 7-day minimum Sunday to Sunday
৹ Dog friendly with an additional pet fee, $25/night per dog (breed restrictions may apply)
৹ A signed rental agreement is required
৹ No smoking on the premises
৹ Allergies: This home is not allergen-free. There may have been types of animals, foods, or other items in the house that may cause allergies.
