Welcome to the beautiful Aggertal!

Our cozy, modern apartment with high-quality furnishings and a spacious garden is surrounded by greenery, but also offers easy access to the vibrant metropolis of Cologne and lively Bonn. New: E-Charger!

In our 30 sqm non-smoking apartment with a French double bed, real leather sofa, swiveling LED flat screen TV, lots of storage space and a safe, you can comfortably accommodate two people in the spacious living room and bedroom.

You also have your own fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove with ceramic hob, fridge, coffee pad machine, toaster and kettle.

Your separate, well-lit bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and washbasin combination.

The light natural colors and the high-quality furnishings and underfloor heating give the apartment a consistently friendly atmosphere. The spacious park-like garden can be reached directly from the separate entrance and invites you to linger as a very special extra.

A guest parking lot is available directly on the property. There is parking space for other vehicles in the traffic-calmed street.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Das Zimmer ist absolut liebevoll eingereichtet, das Bett super bequem. In der Küche befindet sich alles, was man benötigt um ordentlich zu kochen. Handtücher werden gestellt. Der Außenbereich bietet eine wunderschöne aussicht. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, wir haben uns zu jederzeit wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es war eine unglaublich achöne Auszeit.

Super, schönes Appartement.

Wir haben ein superschönes Appartement vorgefunden.Wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von Vermietern und uns wurde das Appartement erklärt und vorgeführt. Ein Appartement, sehr sauber und schön, mit Küchen- geräten und -geschirr ausgestattet . Alles perfekt , in einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten gelegen, mit eigenem Zugang. Sehr nette Vermieter, für jede Frage bereit Auskunft zu geben.Ein Appartement sehr zu Empfehlen, ob Wandertouren oder aber wie bei uns Städtebesichtigung. Ideal und ruhig gelegen, zwischen Bonn und Köln.Danke nochmals an die Vermieter.

Wunderschönes Apartment

Das Apartment ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, obwohl nicht groß, ist jeder Winkel gekonnt ausgenutzt. Sehr nette, freundliche Vermieter, bei denen man sich jederzeit melden kann. Auch der Garten ist sehr, sehr schön, leider waren wir im November dort, so dass wir ihn nicht ausnutzen konnten. Wir werden diese Adresse unbedingt weiterempfehlen! Danke für alles!

Urlaub in der Heimat

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und extrem liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird. Das Bett ist bequem und hat bestimmt ziemlich neue Matratzen- Helle Räume, eine supertolle überdachte West-Terrasse (auch für Frühstück bei Regen geeignet), Liegen zum ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden nach anstrengenden Ausflügen geeignet, Parkplatz vor der Tür, sehr nette Vermieter. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren für ein Mädelswochenende bei Silvi zu Gast. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr idyllisch in einer ruhigen Wohngegend aber man ist dennoch in 30 Minuten in Köln. Man kann alles was man braucht gut zu Fuß erreichen (Lidl, Gaststätten, Bäcker etc) auch Ladestationen für E-Autos sind im Ort. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein und hat für uns fast keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wenn wir einen Verbesserungsvorschlag haben, dann sind es Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, da wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen und Kleingetier gerne draußen bleiben darf. Wir kommen gerne für einen längeren Aufenthalt wider.

Besser geht es kaum: Freundliche Gastgeberin, tolle Ferienwohnung mit schönem Außenbereich, alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und gestaltet. Es fehlte an nichts, und alle haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Ganz herzlichen Dank!

Geschmackvolles Apartment in ruhiger Gegend

Silvi und ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles ist blitzblank sauber! Vielen Dank an Silvi für die tolle Zeit!

Sehr liebevoll

Die Wohnung und Vermieterin waren beide sehe liebevoll und was besseres hätten wir uns gar nicht vorstellen können! Sowohl Bad und Küche waren mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und nach einem langen Tag auf der Messe war die Wohnung ein Ort wo man gerne hin zurück kehrt!

Bonjour, la villa été magnifique dans un cadre naturel entouré de verdure, un calme qui est repaissent, un beau jardin pour prendre ces repas est même à barbecue, l'intérieur décoration avec becoup de goût est propreté irréprochable tout le confort d'un hôtel de lux avec plus d'avantage, est les propriétaires acculent est sourient je les remercie pour ce séjour magnifique
