Never before available for vacation rental, this gorgeously remodeled 2br+DEN residence boasts an extra-large floor plan and direct ocean views from a stunning 10th-floor interior courtyard location. Enjoy over 1850 sq ft of interior living area, an extra-large balcony, and ocean views that extend into the living, dining, kitchen, and den areas. Your party will also be treated to direct ocean views from both bedrooms!

With one of the largest floor plans available on all of Kaanapali Beach, your party will enjoy extra space and privacy because Suite 2103 is a full two-bedroom residence with the added space of an additional den.

Fall into a restful sojourn in the sumptuous king-sized bed in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom delivers direct ocean views right from the pillow! For additional sleeping capacity, the guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds with direct ocean views. Finally, a brand-new queen sofa-sleeper in the living room can accommodate two more guests, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 8.

Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom that has been remodeled for a luxurious bath experience. The modern kitchen is outfitted with granite counters, a Sub-Zero fridge, exquisite custom wood cabinetry, and built-in wine fridge. Great place!

This place has an incredible view and the extra seating for the office is great! The resort is outstanding. Note there isn’t any food or beverage pool side or beach service at this resort.

A spacious well equipped property, beachfront with wonderful views from the balcony. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen. However, the interior is looking tired, paintwork needs refreshing, carpets need cleaning and throw pillows need cleaning/replacing. I communicated these suggestions to the management company and they were most receptive. Overall a good stay, dining out at Whalers Village could become expensive, but we did pick up one night and ate in which was great.

5star accommodations and view

Spent 2 weeks in late Jan/early Feb and watched the whales frolic every morning from the balcony. Quick and easy access to the large sandy beach and shops/dining at Whaler’s Village. Plenty of room for 4-6 adults in the spacious rooms and living areas without feeling overcrowded. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend.

Great location and fantastic home

We had plenty of room for the eight of us. The listing was as described. It was just moments away from the beach and the home had everything you needed for a nice day at the beach. As long as you stock up your fridge and bring your snacks to the pool or the beach and your drinks as well - you will be well prepared. Instacart also delivers there which is nice and it’s within walking distance to all the restaurants Everything was seamless and we will be back.

Location was amazing, VRBO was well presented, well stocked with everything you need, it was extremely comfortable and central to everything. We had a few household issues Plumbing in the toilet and a leak in the washing Machine, but problems were addressed quickly. We were extremely happy with our stay. However Condo was and is very overpriced. If you wanna indulged then knock ya self out this is the place.

The location of this property is perfectly situated in the center of the Kaanapali walking area and just a few steps to WhalersVillage. The view cannot be beat and the balcony is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The unit is spacious and well appointed. The property landscaping is gorgeous and has a beautiful pool and hot tubvareas on the beach as well as grills and a covered dining area. Loved grilling with other families and dining alfresco. Our 8 days there were perfection! If I had one complaint, it would be that the ventilation system smells a bit musty in the bedrooms. I recognize that it is hard with the beach and humidity.

We were expecting more from the accommodations for the price. The photos show a much lighter version than reality. The furniture is falling apart, the backing under the couches & dining room chairs kept falling on the floor in pieces. The carpet in bedrooms were stained & had a musty smell. We ran our diffuser so we could sleep. Sheets in master had holes & the bed was not very comfortable. The ceiling fans worked but are showing wear as stain was coming off on the blades. We had trouble figuring out the dishwasher because 1 button was missing. The property was nice & the view was fabulous. When we reported a problem, we received quick responses.

My wife left several voice messages asking about cleaning services but did not get a response. After determining that cleaning services were not included we were ok with that, but the fact that she did not get a response ever was concerning. We also found several roaches in the balcony, we have photos, and a small roach in the kitchen counter. Overall, it was OK, the fact that we were with family made us ignore the above items. Would we revisit, I believe not, for the $11000 that we spend we expected better than our home, but it was not up to par with it, except for the ocean view

Could have been better

For a new rental to Vrbo, we expected a bit better. The property itself needed some improvements. Lots of stains in the carpet. Stains on the bedding. Half of the lamps had burned out bulbs. We feel like this should have been checked before we took possession. The safe didn’t work. We had to carry our passports and cash around until a new safe was brought the following day. Wine cooler broken. The small countertop microwave wouldn’t even cook our popcorn. The nicer and bigger built in microwave was broken. The disappointing part besides above is the master suite is not a master suite. Owners obviously switched out the master suite room for the guest room to accommodate more guests. Our master suite had a tiny closet and dressing area with 1 sink with equivalent of 4 inches to set your makeup etc. The guest room had 2 full beds and a large bathroom area with 2 sinks and a walk in closet and a bathtub. We felt this should have been clarified. Lighting bad throughout due to burnt out bulbs etc. On a positive note, the a/c worked great and you can walk to some restaurants etc.

Great Graduation Getaway

My husband and I have been to Maui previously however this was our first time to bring our kids. We may have done them a disservice as the condo was amazing! The view is spectacular and even better in person. Plenty of room for 4 adults and everyone had space to be together and apart as needed. The condo was well equipped and we enjoyed having access to both the beach and the pools. We rented a beach cabana on day 5 for the next day. Jun and Kent at the pool house are great and take busy days in stride. The communication with the Maui Resort team was thorough and complete. We knew what to expect and check in and out was simple and easy. My only feedback would be a notebook for the unit with directions for the televisions, local restaurant referrals and a guest book as we have experienced with other VRBO properties we have stayed at. The unit was comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view is incredible. The grounds and pools are great. Definitely going back! The only thing, very minor, was the spa bath tub had 3 jets not working. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!
