Spend sun-soaked days at the complex sparkling pool, or walk just 6 minutes to dip your toes in the Atlantic. An abundance of convenient amenities and dining options are within an easy walk.

During your stay, you will also enjoy access to a shared fitness center and tennis courts.

Entertain easily in the open living area, furnished with a plush sectional and chair. After a day at the beach, make some popcorn and watch favorite shows on the 55” cable TV and DVD player.

This places is gorgeous !!

My family and I loved this place. It was near the beach and close by shopping centers. We loved the area and everything. Very pleasant !! 100% recommended !!

I gave only 3 stars because I’m not happy with my stay for the following reason: - The condo smelled like cigarette during all my stay, I bought many air refresh (Airwick) but not helped; I’ve modified the setpoint of cooling to help a little bit, I prefer the warmth than smelling cigarettes coming from the ventilation ducts. - Internet stop working after one day, I’ve to wait 2 days to fix the issue. The second day Vacasa team brought new router because internet provider has not fixed the issue. - Vacasa team don’t respect privacy, they entered to the condo twice without notification, I understand that it's to fix the internet issue, but for me it's unacceptable to access to the condo without authorization. But, I recognize that the condo has many advantages: - Great ocean view - Good location, the Cando is close to the beach (5 minutes walking). - Condo is equipped with all you need for the beach, chairs and parasol are not in good conditions. - Rent include one parking, gym, nice pool (expecting of 40$ fees for check in). Overall the condo is dated; the landlord needs to install the air filter on the ventilation ducts to reduce the strong cigarettes smelling.

So big and roomy!

Place was very clean. The 2 TVs were perfect. The kitchen was so nice and had everything you could want. WIFI was great. Furniture was very comfortable. And we were thrilled to see one closet was filled with beach chairs and stuff. Thank you! We'll be back.

Condo

Great location, great view, close to beach. Condo is a little dated and had a strong smoke odor. We had to leave the patio door open part way to get rid of the smoke smell. We had a problem with the battery to our remote, it went dead. She was very quick in returning our call and getting it fixed. If they could remedy the smoke smell we would definitely stay here again. Hollywood beach/boardwalk was right up the road.

Nice place

The condominium is nice and comfortable but unfortunately it smelled like cigarettes and no air refresher helped. Also the elevator takes forever to go up and down.

We stayed for 5 days and all 5 days Wi-Fi didn’t work, I’m working from home, and I spent so much time to going some coffee shops to do my job, I told about this to management, they just say that it’s internet issue in area, but I asked neighbors, they are all had internet, they just didn’t want to fix it! Apartment has strong smell, I can’t not explain what smell is it, but it’s very strong, we have infant, and ventilate the apartment all the time, the kitchen cookware is very old, and needs to be replaced, oven is very dirty. The location of apartment is nice, close to the beach, and has own parking spot. You have to pay check in fee $40, we didn’t know about it before booking.

Fantastic View Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for 2 months. The pros. When we got there the check in was easy and like some of the other reviews we also had issues with the lock but was rectified right away. The view is amazing! We were on the balcony constantly. We enjoyed coffee, lunch and dinner on the balcony and marveled at the boats and ships. My wife felt safe walking the dog every morning at 5:00. The security at the building is fantastic. The grounds and building are kept up beautifully. The apartment was clean and there were no bugs seen for the entire trip. We requested a vacuum which we received a brand new one the same day. There are many restaurants close by. The Cons. The apartment was dated. The mattress is old and needs to be replaced. Every time we moved the bed squeaked because of its low quality. The beach umbrella and chair was broken and needs to be replaced. The TV WiFi system is dated. The gym is small and does not contain a squat rack or bar bells but is adequate for cardio and a dumbell workout. Ultimately the place felt like home for 2 months. We really enjoyed our time here and I would recommend this place.

Nice but with little to no essential information

Nice apartment with partial ocean view. We've to call Vacasa to get a working code for the door lock. Had to figure out ourselves how to pay & work tbe laundry which only allows $10 deposit to a card that you pay $5 to get!! After spending much more than needed (just needed more towels) we found cards in one of the kitchen drawers! Apparently we're not the first to go through this. Water was shut off first day we came back from the beach. Figuring out which remote to use & TV settings was not easy and when it stopped working became very hard to figure out if it's the internet or the settings. Building itself has poor management following the same theme of no information; on our last day coming back from the beach we were told we cannot go through the lobby even though we've done that all other days. Parking garage is also inconvenient.

A week at Ocean Reserve

The appartment is very comfortable, the views are great, it is very close to the beach. It is well equiped, including amenities, even beach stuff 2 chairs and a parasol ( in not so good conditions). The rent includes one car parking. The only problem was the entrance code to the appartment, it was wrong, and we must call to the adminitration to get the correct code with the help of the front desk people. I also sent an email but we' ve never receiceved an answer. I hope the management should pay atention to this matter. After all it is a great place to stay.

Almost perfect

Easy check in, great parking space, clean room. Needed to make a trip to Walmart for 1. Washcloths ( none in the condo) 2. Box of Kleenex ( none in the condo) . We had a great stay. Thanks

Sunny Isles Beach

Good location with the balcony overlooking the ocean. Short walk to the beach and you could swim or stroll for miles . Couple of good grocery places nearby and few reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance. Normally I would have given it a 4 star (with the 5 star being a newer place situated right on the beach ) Place is guarded and it feels safe Apartment has very comfortable layout . Unfortunately, some of the furniture and various appliances require immediate repair and /or upgrade. The kitchen island was great but all pots and pans were not useable - heavily scratched Teflon ; many are missing lids. Also furniture is a bit wobbly. With some minor effort the management could have turned this place into a 4+ star . I hope after reading my review they will consider doing it One Complaint There is a fee for parking and use of swimming pool . Description of it positioned on a third page. It is there but the first thing you see is FREE parking spot. I think it’s a borderline false advertisement . I would have appreciated if the contract clearly stated this upfront . In any case, I would have accepted the fee as anywhere in Miami parking and use fee are quite high AND this would not have left a bad aftertaste

new year`s in florida

The apartment is nice and clean. it`s a little dated and there`s a few problems. The owner should invest in light bulbs. Both night stand lights were out as well as refrigerator light and one of the lights over kitchen counter. If they had a supply of bulbs, I would happily change the lights. Stuff in the building is very nice and attentive. They explained the garage situation and pool and amenities very well. There was no explanations about it before we got there.Location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach, stores and restaurants near by. All in all very nice. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
