Great property but needs few updates

Good all around properly and unit across from beach with all the amenities. Unit had no oven and minor other appliance issues and could use kitchen updates. Overall we were very happy with management corp who was extremely responsive to us. Great location and building. Will come back again. Good gym tennis market cafe and pool.

Comfortable apt

Apt looks a bit older than advertised pictures. Nonetheless all is in working condition. The only downside was the mattress in the double bunk bed, too old with coils hurting you, one adult had to sleep in the living room sofa bed.

Not happy at all

The apartment was dirty, kitchen sink was clogged, cabinets doors were broken, internetandTVnotworking. Your company didn't respond to our email, so it is useless. 2 days were spent to trying to solve problems with Guest Services... So you just crash our vacation...

The unit we ranted was very clean, but very out dated. Positives; location, balcony with ocean view, pool, proximity to the beach, clean apartment, additional sleeping accommodations, bunk beds, full kitchen. Need improvement; kitchen needs love, very old, some things are rusty and broken, can use some new cooking supplies. Bathroom needs a lot of love as well, rusty shower rod with hooks, ceiling and walls peeling. Overall good experience!!

The property was in a good location. However, there was minimal supplies provided in the condo The condo has only the basic “supplies” and utensils (1 dish towel, no coffee filters, no dish washer supplies, no cleaning supplies for the washroom, only 2 garbage bags for our full weeks stay, extra set of clean sheets were provided only when contact was made). It was inconvenient not having laundry machines directly in our unit. to do laundry we had to purchase a $5 dollar card and load it with $10 minimum amount to wash 1 load of laundry. Maybe, a card could have been provided for convince and incentive for persons to stay there. There was no information regarding local area and activities. When we checked in we became very worried because the front desk told us they knew “nothing” about our arrival. It was a little scary to have this happen after traveling for 15 hrs When we were leaving we texted the manager of the condo to determine what we had to do to check out and a week later we still have not heard from “Fred” the manager.

Near the beach but apartment amenities may need updates.

The apartment may seem like it's beachfront but it's actually about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It's convenient. However, when we got to the apartment, the WIFI was not working for 3 days, which was a great inconvenience as my husband had to get work done. The owner sent someone over to get it fixed but didn't offer any sort of remedy or discounts for the inconvenience. The apartment was roomy, but, it only had 2 bath towels. I was there w/ my 16 month old, my husband and my mother, and we were short towels. The kitchen amenities can use some upgrades also. The coffee pot wasn't working too well and though there is a toaster oven, there was no aluminum, trays or any salt, pepper basic condiments to cook so we had to buy it all. The floors were not clean either. There was no vacuum cleaner as well, which didn't help w/ all the dust and sand on the floor and a baby crawling walking everywhere. This is an apartment but saw lots of travelers and tourists, which was fine but also seemed a bit of a rowdy crowd. I just wish the wifi worked as advertised, I wish there was a vacuum cleaner and more towels for sure. The lack of towels was not accommodating for 4-6 people as it's advertised.

Spacious with Ocean View

I had a nice stay. Property met expectations for the price. Great view of ocean. Friendly property manager. Only issues were that many guests and employees did not wear masks. And I had to clean the unit upon arrival. No major issues though. I would stay again.
