Nearby parking is available, though spaces are not always guaranteed. The house has a well-maintained appearance and easy access to surrounding amenities.

This 21 m² studio is perfectly furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 and a practical bathroom with a shower. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals. There’s a dining area where you can enjoy your meals, as well as a flat-screen TV and fan for your comfort. Internet access is also available, so you can stay connected while away.

This studio is ideally located in Agde, a charming town. Within minutes, you can reach the famous Cap d'Agde and its beautiful beaches for sunny days. The historic center of Agde, with its picturesque alleys and ancient monuments, is perfect for a cultural stroll. For nature lovers, the Bagnas Nature Reserve is a few kilometers away and offers hiking and bird watching.

Accessible by car, with parking nearby (additional fees may apply). For those who prefer to travel by train, Agde train station is about a 10-minute drive away. The closest airports are Béziers-Cap d’Agde (20 minutes) or Montpellier-Méditerranée (about 1 hour).
