Welcome to "1441 La Chêneraie" in Moliets ☀️!

The original, contemporary architecture of this villa, with its cathedral living room and huge bay window opening onto the outside, will delight you with its generous living space and beautiful luminosity.
It comprises on the GROUND FLOOR :
- a new, fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen and utility/laundry room ;
- a large 60 m2 living room with dining area opening onto a 60 m2 wooden terrace and garden with a 4M40 x 2M40 swimming pool;
- master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room;
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and shared shower room;
- separate WC;
Upstairs:
- a lounge area with television, overlooking the living room;

Two private parking spaces are available just outside the front gate.
The private swimming pool is open from May to September.

You'll particularly appreciate the generous, contemporary volumes and the large, green wooden terrace, with its different moods depending on the time of day.
You'll enjoy a 200 m2 garden at the front of the house, well fenced in and with no direct neighbours: the house is located in the center of town, along the Avenue de l'Océan, which may cause some noise pollution during the day due to slow-moving traffic. However, evenings and nights are very quiet in the center of town, as the entertainment and nightlife are particularly concentrated on the beaches.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Reversible air-conditioning in the large, high-ceilinged living room and mezzanine: cool in summer if necessary, cosy and warm in winter, complemented by the pleasure of a roaring fire on the wood pellet stove.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The accommodation is located :
- very close to the cycle paths (la Vélodyssée) ;
- 3 km from Moliets central beach (surfing) and the "Chênes Lièges" beach;
- close to the golf course, ocean, forest and Courant d'Huchet (forest walks);
- 10 minutes by car from Lac de Léon (with many water sports activities);
- close to shuttle buses, transport and bike rentals;
- close to the town hall and tourist office (bakery, butcher's and pharmacy within walking distance).

## Emplacement
The house is located in the center of Moliets, in a small subdivision of 3 houses: all shops are within walking distance, including a bakery, butcher's, tobacconist's, newsagent's and supermarket. As you leave the house, you'll see the Basque pelota wall and the village church. Immerse yourself in the life of Moietsoise and enjoy the peace and quiet of the evenings in summer. You're 10/15 minutes by bike from the 2 beautiful beaches of Mulets, the "Chênes Lièges" and the "Centrale", and not far from the international golf courses: everything can be done without a car, peacefully and serenely.
The famous “Vélodysée”, the large cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes right by the house, and allows you to enjoy beautiful rides through pine forests, without difficulty, and to reach the beaches mentioned above.
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maa epitomizes the oceanic charm of the Landes coast. Nestling behind dunes and maritime pine forests, this seaside resort offers a wild coastline, long golden sandy beaches, waves to delight surfers and Landes landscapes of undeniable beauty.
