Superb seaside villa, warm and fully equipped

Booking Terms

During the Covid health crisis, we guarantee to our guests who are unable to enjoy their stay due to a government-declared lockdown either the postponement of their vacation or a refund of the rental.

We appreciate receiving a short note about you and the reason for your stay when you make your booking.

The house is intended preferably for family stays. We will not accept groups of young friends wishing to organize parties or festive events.

The cleaning option is included in the rental price.

The Property:
The villa is a 5-minute walk from the beach and also a 5-minute walk from the town center.
Originally a “Basco-Landaise” style house, it has been completely renovated and transformed. It is surrounded by a large landscaped garden (980 m²) sheltered from view. The living area is organized around a patio with an open-air pool. The living rooms open onto the inner courtyard.
A walkway, a large wooden terrace, and a covered summer dining area allow you to enjoy meals in the shade while taking in the natural surroundings.
The main single-story house is composed of a large living room with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, and 3 bedrooms, two of which are 20 m². There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as two toilets, one of which is separate.
A fourth bedroom with its own bathroom (walk-in shower) and toilet, along with a covered outdoor area, form another unit opening onto the patio. Quality equipment and bedding throughout.
Table linens (tablecloths, napkins), cleaning products, and basic necessities are provided.

Please Note:
We offer the rental of bed linens and towels through a professional laundry service. Price depends on the length of stay: approximately €15 per bed per week, and about €20 for two weeks. You may also bring your own sheets and towels.

Wonderful stay in Vieux Boucau

We had an amazing stay at this house. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool and garden is outstanding and the location to the beach and city could not be better. Wir haben zu sechst 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und Privatsphäre, es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch schöner als die Bilder. Die Lage ist perfekt nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in den Ortskern. Bei Urlaub in dieser Gegend lohnt es sich aber Fahrräder mitzunehmen oder zu mieten es ist das perfekte Fortbewegungsmittel. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben das Haus sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtet.

kleines Idyll

Wir waren zu 5, 3 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene plus Hund in diesem sehr schönen Haus und haben unsere Zeit sehr genoßen. Die Räume sind sehr liebevoll, geschmackvoll und hell eingerichtet und es gibt viel Raum und Licht. Vor allem der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich mit dem Pool und der extra Schlafberreicht bietet auch für Teenager einen sehr guten Rückzugsort. Der Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen, wie auch der Markt und das kleine Zentrum des Ortes. Außerdem war die Skaterbahn in der Nähe noch für die Kids ein guter Zeitvertreib. Wir wurden sehr freundlich freundlich von Damiène, der Gastgeberin empfangen und sie war immer hilfsbereit und erreichtbar. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und können das Haus und die Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist live noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Check-in war super entspannt und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und in einer schönen Wohngegend unweit vom Strand und dem Ort entfernt. Einzig die Mücken haben gestört aber dafür kann der Gastgeber ja nichts :)

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus, mit zwei Familien, zwei Wochen verbracht. Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Die Größe des Hauses war für zwei Familien perfekt. Auch die Küche eignete sich hervorragend, um auch mal ausgiebiger zu Kochen. Die Lage ist ein Traum...wirklich nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Abends konnten wir sogar die Brandung des Atlantiks hören. Wenn wir noch einmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen, dann bestimmt wieder in diesem tollen Haus.
