Beautiful condo and property. Juan (our concierge) and Margarita (our cleaner and chef) were very helpful. Margarita's food was delicious. The only two things I would ding the property for are that you aren't allowed to use the gym until after noon, which is enough of an annoyance that we might look elsewhere next time. Not an issue if morning workouts aren't your thing. Second thing was the earliest we could have breakfast was 10am which is problematic for young kids and early risers. We ended up making our own breakfast but wish we could have had the chef make it. All in all a wonderful place with two minor caveats.

Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We’re delighted you enjoyed the condo and property, and that Juan and Margarita helped make your stay special. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words, especially your compliments about Margarita’s delicious cooking! We’re sorry the gym access hours and breakfast schedule didn’t fit your family’s routine. We understand how important morning workouts and an earlier breakfast can be, particularly when traveling with young children. We’ll review these points with our team to clarify the available options and better communicate schedules before arrival. Thank you for staying with us. We would love the opportunity to welcome you and your family back.

A Stay in Beach Paradise

The unit overlooked the ocean and we were able to spot whales breaching, enjoy gorgeous sunrises, and lovely vegetation. The location was super easy to get into town and to various clubs.

From Aresenio’s ride from and to the airport to Jesus’ help with anything we needed to sweet Margarita feeding us and keeping the condo spotless, everyone in my family gives our experience a 10 out of 10. We hadn’t been to Punta Mita in 7 years and remembered why we love it there so much. Thank you for giving my family a great start to our winter break.

10/10!

Loved our stay here. The views are breathtaking. The condo is spotless. Communication with the concierge was easy. The beach clubs are lovely as are all the nearby restaurants and amenities within the community. We also thoroughly enjoyed the private chef dinner we had one night at the condo. We already can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommended

We came here with our adult children and had a great time! Super nice to have the goft cart to explore within the gated community. Mari spoiled us with breakfast and lunch during most of our stay. Concierge service was great with assisting us with last minute activities and the drivers were nice and accommodating. Of note, activities booked through concierge is cash only so plan accordingly.

Dreamy condo offering the best of punta Mita

We were a group of friends celebrating a birthday. This condo offers the very best views, location, amenities and staff. Check in was lovely. We learned all the best ways to use the golf cart and beach clubs. We have delicious breakfasts prepared every morning with fresh coffee waiting as we awoke. We enjoyed having special Mexican dishes waiting for us when we returned from our outings. Highly recommend this condo. You will not be dissapointed

Luxurious

Six adults celebrated a 50th bday and had an amazing time. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious. Jesus assisted us in making reservations and general information. He was incredibly responsive. Maria cooked breakfast and lunch for us. Food was delicious and presentation was amazing. She also kept our place so clean. We felt spoiled the entire time. I’d highly recommend this place and we hope to be back again.
