Newly renovated in December 2022, with all new furnishings, appliances, paint and decor! Enjoy amazing Gulf views from the comfort of this beautiful gulf front condo. The emerald green water and sugar white sand are only a few steps away from the cabanas at Beach Club. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and features granite countertops, tile floors, flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a stacked washer and dryer set.

Accommodations comfortably sleep 4 guests. The master suite has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. This fully furnished condo will make the perfect beach home away from home.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October.

You will receive 2 parking passes for your stay.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Booked one room with indoor pool for baby and had mold and had to move.

the new property was good, had some mold in showers but overall was decent. we were supposed to be booked in the original building with inside pool and spa that was needed for small baby with us. room had mold and we waiting and hour and a half for our room to be ready then to be told we had to move 5 miles away from where we wanted to be. not happy, I appreciate the professionalism and finding us another room but maybe clean before people arrive.

The unit itself is fine. Its exactly as pictured. It certainly is becoming aged though, but great view. The outside of the building needed a good cleaning, it too is looking aged. Time for the capital improvements to be scheduled this winter. None of this is part of the 2020 storms, just poor daily exterior maintenance. Pool was clean, interior and exterior. Fitness equipment in good condition. Its a wonderful property that needs updated.

I've stayed at the Beach Club several times. I love Pensacola Beach and the Beach Club.I was excited to share it with my granddaughters and daughter in laws. First time I have stayed in the buildings out front. Also the last time. Disappointed both in the overall maintenance of the buildiing and the condition of the rental. Made sure to share my concerns with the rental office.

Great property. Right on the beach. The stairs to the master bedroom might be a challenge for some, especially with luggage. Plan on staying at the Beach Club again.

Location was great and easy access to room (unloading/loading of luggage, 3rd floor use of stairs, close to pool, and beach). Room is a little "worn" - chairs, stairwell, outdoor chairs/table. Great view of beach.
