Only one socket in the kitchen backsplash works, the TV remote battery died, the washer or dryer ruined my clothes, there is egg on the utensils in the counter cup, the numbers on the stove knobs are worn off so you do not know what temp you are using, and this dusty tree irritated my sons allergies

We understand that issues with the outlets, remote batteries, utensils, and the dusty tree detracted from your experience. We confirm that the kitchen outlets and remote batteries have been replaced, and spare batteries were provided. Your comments regarding the utensils have been shared with our housekeeping leadership for immediate correction. The property manager has also been notified to address the dusty tree. Regarding the washer and dryer issue, our 24/7 Guest Services Team reached out after checkout requesting photos and more details to assist We would still be glad to review this further if you can provide the information. Great Location

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It had direct beach access along with other resort amenity access. Also was a great spot located within Pensacola Beach. Well kept. Will definitely consider this location for future visits!

Our condo was awesome!!

We loved the condo. Will definitely stay again. First time I have stayed on the bottom floor. Wish we could have seeen more over the dunes- but loved the private access to pool.

BEST PLACE WITH KIDS

this was clean and perfect for our family. We took our children ages 10,9, and 2! The access to the pool is private off the balcony and amazing! The beach is so close. Perfect so you don’t have to lug kids far.

Perfect location

We loved the location. Steps to the pool and steps to the beach! No LUGGING everything with you and dreading going back and forth. I would stay again! The only cons: There is not very many pots and pans and our family likes to stay in and cook and they needed more blankets and pillows---so bring your own if using the sofa bed.

Beautiful property and this condo is super accessible to the gorgeous pool and beach!

Wonderful ammentites and access to the beach and pool from this Condo. We had a late checkin so it was difficult to figure where this condo was. In future make sure renters drive or walk around to the "back" of the high tower to access this condo. Overall great experience.

A return to Pensacola Beach

Following a pandemic hiatus, we returned to Pensacola Beach for January to March 2023. We have used VRBO a lot and the service for this stay continued to be effective and informative. We appreciated the prompt communication regarding the reservation and the reminders about payments. The location was new to us, but the listing was accurate. Altho the weather was not as good as we remember, it was still an enjoyable stay.

Best location ever.

One minute walk to ocean. Private stairs to pool and Hot Tub, which were fantastic. The problems were: The back door did not really lock and the condo only came with one access fob. The dishwasher was difficult to manage as it kept tipping forward as you filled it. Also, a few extra rolls of toilet paper somewhere would have been nice. All in all not bad...We would stay here again.

Great little place.

It’s a great little place right up front by the ocean and next to the pool. You just walk right off your balcony and onto the pool deck. I loved it. The noise from people walking back and forth from the beach, sometimes drunk might be a turn off. And I didn’t have any internet the entire time I was there. All I got was an automatic troubleshooting response which didn’t help at all.

really nice location

This unit is perfect for beach/pool lovers. on the first floor, the terrace leads right to pool and access to the beach. The pool was cleaned each morning, and the lounge chairs were in good shape. We had good weather so we did not use the indoor pool or hot tub, but everything was clean and well maintained. As far as the unit went, it was clean and comfortable for 2 people, but the living room lacked sufficient seating if you had more than 3 people. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella came with the rental, and are set up for you on the beach - very nice touch, Bring your beach towel. there was 2 places great for breakfast and lunch within walking distance - Native Cafe was great! All in all , we had a lovely stay.

Nice but needed improvement

We have started taking a staycation on Pensacola Beach twice a year. Looking for a place to go back to each stay. This will not be the one! The place looked “tired”: Kitchen shade in window broken; LR fan made loud noise; several lights burned out; dryer filter missing, clothes & dust under beds, Time for some new furniture!! It definitely has not been inspected for a while. I think for the prices we pay for these condos/houses, they should at least be clean and everything should be working!!

Perfect for some, maybe just ok for others

The property was acceptably clean (I have high standards), but the floors needed mopped and there was sand and trash under the furniture in the living room and bedrooms. What we wished we had been prepared for is that all windows open to the pool area. There is no privacy, so you have to keep the blinds closed, so there’s a cave like quality to the bedrooms and hall. In the living room you also have to keep the side curtains closed if you don’t want to be up close and personal with the many people at the pool. The view from the back is unobstructed and beautiful, but if you go on the back patio you will be right next to the people at the pool. If you are super social, you might love this feature! Despite all this, the convenience of being able to walk out of your condo and be right at the beach access is pretty amazing and something we really came to appreciate. We didn’t end up spending much time in the room anyway, so we were won over by the convenience factor. It’s pretty comical how the windows all open up to public areas, and I don’t think we would have reserved it had that been clear. If you know it up front, and just want the proximity to the beach access, you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect place to relax

We searched high and low for the perfect gulf vacation spot. This would be our toddler’s first out of town vacation and first time to the beach. We wanted first floor, direct beach access as a priority and pool as a secondary. I’ll just tell you, this place is perfect in spades. The rooms were spacious. The balcony is a great size. The access to the pools and the beach could not be beat. Furthermore this site has a full service spa and indoor hot tub and pool!!!! We used all of the amenities available and had such a wonderful time. Most importantly, our son enjoyed touching beach sand for the first time. And he was also super helpful in washing the feet of other guest at the sand shower. My wife and Mather-in-law spent a lot of time at the spa. I personally got a great hot stone massage. Access to shops and food was awesome. Really enjoyed red fish blue fish Resturant and the little breakfast joints across the street. Parking was easy and allows you to offload your car almost right into the condo unit. Also we didn’t realize the unit came with a pack and play crib for our baby (we brought our own but great to know for when we come back with our second!) If you have a chance to book this property. Do it!!! Before I do again! We will be back! Thank you to our wonderful host for being responsive and for allowing us to spend some much needed time in paradise!

Good and bad... still had a great time!

The good: Loved the location of the building and the unit with proximity to beach and pool. Was super easy to go in and out as we pleased. Nice view of dunes from the living room. A word of caution if you have small children since the pool is literally right there. There is a lock on the door, but my 6 yo easily opened it. Customer service response time via texting feature was amazing. Prior reviews mentioned noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. The bad: Unit is older and a bit dark. Could have been because we kept shutters down since it was on first floor and looking right into pool. It is a long narrow space— we didn’t hang out in condo much though so no biggie. Was disappointed that there were no basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. Felt more like a hotel than an Airbnb. They do provide some dishwashing supplies, but they also want you to run the washer before you leave so perhaps that is why! You can’t bring their bath towels to the beach and they don’t provide beach towels. Seems like a place called Beach Club would provide 2-3 towels or have a service. First world problem, but still annoying. We bought a couple across the street at Alvin’s Island. The dryer door was broken, but they got someone out there within half a day and he fixed it right up. It is rather old so took a bit to dry, but was fine for us since we had a short stay. A check in time of 4pm and check out time of 9am felt a bit stringent; extra fee for flexibility. Only get 2 chairs and 1 umbrella with your rental. My family of 4 was asked to move even though it was empty. All in all, we enjoyed our stay... just not 100% sure I would stay in this unit again. I wouldn’t mark it off my list completely though. It had a lot of great qualities with some minor drawbacks.

We've added a note to our listing with some items we suggest guests bring with them on vacation, including spices and beach towels. Perfect location!

This property is the perfect location in the building. It sits right up against the pool for easy access. Perfect for those with children! The covered parking spot sits right beside the elevator. Perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The only suggestion I have would be to add a door mat outside the sliding door for sand removal and possibly trying to make the sliding door a little easier to open. Other than that, it's perfect!
